<a href="https://liberalarts.utexas.edu/english/faculty/sas347">Snehal Shingavi</a> is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Texas, Austin. 
While teaching at the University of California, Berkeley, Shingavi co-founded the anti-Israel group <a href="https://canarymission.org/organization/sjp">Students for Justice in Palestine</a> (SJP) with Professor Hatem Bazian.  SJP is known for its vitriolic campaigns and aggressively confronting Jewish and pro-Israel students on campus. They are also known for their active role in Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns on university campuses.
 Snehal first generated controversy at UC Berkeley in 2002 for his <a href="https://www.meforum.org/campus-watch/7789/hardball-interview-with-snehal-shingavi">course</a>, &#8220;The Politics and Poetics of Palestinian Resistance.&#8221; The course description alleged that Israel has “systematically displaced, killed and maimed millions of Palestinian people.” 
The course also all, but outright barred conservative students from attending: “This class takes as its starting point the right of Palestinians to fight for their own self-determination. Conservative thinkers are encouraged to seek other sections.”
Now teaching at UT Austin, <a href="https://canarymission.org/professor/Snehal_Shingavi">Shehal</a> is a regular at protests and events committed to demonizing Israel. During a 2014 lecture, he <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAGtcdPL244&amp;feature=youtu.be&amp;t=13m15s">likened</a> Israel to Nazi Germany, claiming, “This is not me being hyperbolic…..Gaza is the biggest open air concentration camp in the world today and the condition of life in Gaza is not dissimilar to life in Auschwitz and Dachau.”

Dr. Vincent was Vice-President for Diversity and Community Engagement at the University of Texas-Austin. On two separate occasions, he condemned an affirmative action bake sale as "demeaning" and "deplorable". Leaving to assume the role of President of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, he later <a href="https://www.jbhe.com/2018/04/gregory-vincent-resigns-as-president-of-hobart-and-william-smith-colleges/">resigned</a> after allegations arose that he plagiarized his doctoral dissertation.

<a href="https://education.utexas.edu/faculty/jennifer_adair">Dr. Jennifer Adair</a> is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Adair proposed indoctrinating children as young as kindergarten in racial issues, in order to ‘prevent another Ferguson.' One proposed project involved having the students make protest signs about racial injustice or other art projects about school integration or bus boycotts. Adair and the other professors working with her drew heavily from the philosophy of radical historian Howard Zinn in their effort.

<a href="http://liberalarts.utexas.edu/history/faculty/profile.php?id=jn324">Dr. Joan Neuberger</a>, a professor at University of Texas-Austin led anti-campus carry efforts, including a petition to bar students who conceal carry from entering classrooms, in violation of Texas law. A change.org petition organized by the same group said, “WE OPPOSE GUNS IN OUR CLASSROOMS AS A DIRECT ASSAULT ON OUR FREE SPEECH RIGHTS.” Despite her proclamations about the dangers of guns, Neuberger is not actually a statistician or criminal justice professor, but a Russian history professor.

<a href="http://www.utexas.edu/cola/rs/faculty/profile.php?id=jt27">Dr. John Traphagan</a> is a Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Texas, Austin. A Campus Reform article states, "In a column for the Dallas Morning News, University of Texas at Austin professor John Traphagan said Americans are 'unable to handle' gun ownership. According to Traphagan, the U.S. should curtail or eliminate the ability to purchase guns and 'prohibit many forms of gun ownership.'"

<a href="http://journalism.utexas.edu/faculty/robert-jensen">Dr. Robert Jensen</a> is a Professor of Journalism at the University of Texas, Austin. In an essay on a social justice website, Jensen argued that rape is part of the larger violent, patriarchy. He told Campus Reform that, “I don’t believe there will be any serious progress toward eliminating men’s violence against women if we do not address the toxic notions about masculinity in patriarchy—masculinity understood as rooted in control, conquest, aggression.” Jensen also attacked a major anti-sexual assault group for blaming the perpetrators for rape, instead of focusing on the patriarchal culture as the main cause.

<a href="https://www.maxwell.syr.edu/psc/Jackson,_Jennifer/">Jenn Jackson</a> is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and a Senior Research Associate at the Campbell Public Affairs Institute at Syracuse University. According to her university biography, Jackson’s research and teachings are focused on “black politics, gender and sexuality, political behavior, public opinion, and mixed methods.” 
During the rioting that followed in the wake of George Floyd’s Death, Professor Jackson described police officers on her <a href="https://twitter.com/JennMJacksonPhD">Twitter</a> account as &#8220;employed in an institution meant to eradicate Blackness.” She wrote:
&#8220;the &#8220;goodness&#8221; of cops is unimportant. They are employed in an institution meant to eradicate Blackness. The philosophical principles of being a police officer are racist and anti-Black. They are required to do terrible things.”

<a href="https://news.syr.edu/faculty-experts/dana-l-cloud/">Dr. Dana Cloud</a> is a Department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies Professor at Syracuse University. A member of the International Socialist Organization, Cloud is a leading proponent of idea that America is to blame for 9/11 due to its interventionist foreign policy in the Middle East. She began to blame the U.S. for what happened the day after 9/11. She also wrote a new Pledge of Allegiance in 2002, which said among other statements, “I pledge allegiance to the people of Iraq, Palestine and Afghanistan, and to their struggles to survive and resist slavery to corporate greed, brutal wars against their families, and the economic and environmental ruin wrought by global capitalism.”

<a href="https://education.msu.edu/te/PhD/Whos-Who/Doctoral-Students/">Alba Lamar </a>is a graduate student and instructor at Michigan State University. In a class prior to Thanksgiving 2016, Lamar taught students how to argue with conservative relatives about issues such as illegal immigration, refugees, and the Dakota Access Pipeline. Lamar also mocked Christians for not supporting taking in Middle Eastern refugees and said conservatives often come to their views through fear.

<a href="http://www.english.msu.edu/people/faculty/william-penn/">William Penn</a> teaches in the Creative Writing Program at Michigan State University. Penn was recorded complaining in one of his creative writing classes about “dead white Republicans” who “raped his country.” As a student videotaped his rant, Penn antagonized students and asked, “You look like you’re frowning. Are you frowning?”.

Lynn Paine is the Director of the Confucius Institute at Michigan State University in addition to serving as the Dean for International Studies in the College of Education.

Hermansen said after the election of Donald Trump that professors should give Muslim students extra time on assignments if they requested; &#8220;“If a Muslim student requests extra time to complete assignments, it may be because they feel threatened&#8221; she said at a post-election discussion. Additionally, Hermansen has a problem of intolerance towards people critical of Islam, as she once backed out of a panel with Islam critic Robert Spencer.  The event was supposed to be about different perspectives on Islam, but Hermansen apparently was offended that it would actually involve different perspectives on Islam.

<a href="http://www.luc.edu/history/people/facultydirectory/donoghuejohn.shtml">Dr. John Donoghue</a> is a Professor of History at Loyola University-Chicago. He regularly teaches a course on slavery and abolition, but updated his class this year to include Donald Trump, and linked him to slavery. His courses and research often tries to link capitalism to slavery.

Dr. <a href="https://uca.edu/ftcw/facultystaff/assistant-professor-of-creative-writing/">M. Shelly Conner</a> is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Central Arkansas and was previously an Associate Professor of English at Loyola University-Chicago. Dr. Conner wrote in The Feminist Wire that all men have a secret desire to rape women in their sleep.

In a study she conducted with Hanna Zlotnick, she found that 77% of people found in the leading Economics textbooks were male.

Stevenson made the list after making the claim that the lack of women found in Economics textbooks is the reason so few women pursue Economics as a major. In a study she conducted with Hanna Zlotnick, she found that 77% of people found in the leading Economics textbooks were male.

<a href="https://lsa.umich.edu/history/people/faculty/jrcole.html">Dr. Juan Cole</a> is a Professor of History at the University of Michigan. He believes right-wing Jews and an “Islamophobic network” were “a key influence” to the shooting that killed nine people at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, S.C. He has also argued that recognizing Israel as a state is racist.

<a href="https://lsa.umich.edu/stats/people/faculty/fink.html">Nadiya Fink</a> is a statistics lecturer at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. After a conservative activist satirically changed his preferred pronoun to "His Majesty", Fink threatened to punish any student who mocked the preferred pronoun system.

<a href="https://lsa.umich.edu/comm/people/regular-faculty/sdoug.html">Dr. Susan Douglas</a>, a professor at University of Michigan, publicized her hate for Republicans in an article from In These Times. She says, “I hate Republicans. I can’t stand the thought of having to spend the next two years watching Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Ted Cruz, Darrell Issa or any of the legions of other blowhards denying climate change, thwarting immigration reform or championing fetal ‘personhood.’”

Charles H.F. Davis is an Assistant Professor at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. He previously taught at the University of Southern California. According to his university biography, Davis’s research and teaching focuses on, “race and racism, systems of oppression, and structures of domination in U.S. higher education and its social contexts.”

Davis previously rose to notoriety in 2017 for a series of <a href="https://twitter.com/hfdavis?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor">racially inflammatory tweets</a>. As reported by <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/usc-professor-defends-tweet-promoting-violence-whiteness/">The College Fix</a>, he tweeted that “whiteness” must be destroyed and alluded to the necessity of violence in confronting it.

“White supremacist capitalist patriarchy must be destroyed” Davis tweeted on May 5, 2017.

The background photo of his twitter account at the time featured a black woman pointing a gun at a pig that clearly represents a caricature of a police officer. 

When contacted over his remarks, Davis responded, “To be clear, I am decidedly against whiteness as a social and political ideology, which systematically marginalize and disenfranchise people of color from opportunities for societal advancement. In addition, I am against the institution of policing, which has historically and continuously enacted racial terror, sexual violence, and economic exploitation against racial minorities, women and LGBTQ communities, and economically disadvantaged working-class people.”

When asked if any of these tweets might make students uncomfortable, Davis <a href="http://hfdavis.com/blog/an-interview-with-a-conservative">responded</a> that any discomfort experienced by his white students is a result of their “white fragility.” 

Davis had previously advocated for the right of students to disrupt conservative speakers on campus. In the wake of <a href="https://badgerherald.com/news/2016/11/17/conservative-pundit-ben-shapiro-lectures-to-turbulent-crowd-on-safe-spaces-freedom-of-speech/">protesters heckling</a> Ben Shapiro’s lecture at the University of Wisconsin Madison, school regents approved a <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">policy</a> to suspend or expel students that purposefully disrupt events. Davis’s subsequent <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">op-ed</a> at Inside Higher Ed argued that this only reinforced white supremacy: “To be clear, it is a decision that reinforces institutionalized white supremacy -- and other oppressive forms of systemic power.”

Despite being Jewish, Davis argues that conservative speakers like Shapiro have hijacked the First Amendment to push “white supremacist agendas.”  

Davis’s website, which is listed by the University of Michigan on his biography, <a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/51ab9fa0e4b06a38e604420a/t/5edaf71d1ab0434751b2e960/1591408468354/HF+Davis+%E2%80%93%C2%A0EPK.pdf">advertises </a>that he has taught the issues of “ race, racism, and systemic oppression in education and society” to over “7,000 students, educators and institutional leaders.” The <a href="http://hfdavis.com/">home page</a> of the site also features links to organizations that advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement, abolishing the police, and boycotting the nation of Israel.

<a href="https://www.wm.edu/sites/dhp/faculty/ciccariello-maher-george.php">Dr. George Ciccariello-Maher</a> is a Visiting Scholar of Decolonizing Humanities and Modern Languages and Literatures at the College of William and Mary. He previously taught in the Department of History and Politics at Drexel University.

From the College of William and Mary's website, his work at the Decolonizing Humanities Project is <a href="https://www.wm.edu/sites/dhp/decoloniality/index.php">described</a> as exploring, “how colonization, modernity, capitalism, and, most recently, neoliberalism has displaced an array of modes of living, thinking and being.  Decoloniality reveals “the dark side of modernity” and how it is built “on the backs” of “others.”

Ciccarello first came to notoriety for his racially inflammatory statements on twitter. On Christmas of 2016, he <a href="https://www.inquirer.com/philly/news/Drexel-officials-Professor-George-Ciccariello-Mahers-White-Genocide-tweet-was-utterly-reprehensible.html">tweeted</a> out,

“All I want for Christmas is White Genocide,”

and,

“To clarify: when the whites were massacred during the Haitian Revolution, that was a  good thing indeed.”

He also tweeted out,

When not calling for the disbandment of our law enforcement, Ciccariello is an ardent defender of the socialist regime in Venezuela. He regularly <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2013/04/12/thatcher-is-dead-long-live-chavez/">praises</a> Hugo Chavez and has bizarrely <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhYz1owM-uA&amp;feature=youtu.be">claimed</a> that Venezuela does not have corrupt elections.

Ciccariello doesn’t shy away from violent groups as well. In order to fight white-nationalism, Ciccarello called on Americans to embrace the radical group ANTIFA in an interview with <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTv_hqjrmi8&amp;feature=youtu.be">Democracy Now</a> following the El Paso mass shooting. He allegedly harassed and bullied Republican students, then forced the class to write an essay criticizing 2008 Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin.

He required students to recite a pledge that describes a racist, sexist, homophobic America. “I pledge allegiance to and wrap myself in the flag of the United States Against Anything Un-American and to the Republicans for which it stands, two nations, under Jesus, rich against poor, with curtailed liberty and justice for all except blacks, homosexuals, women who want abortions, Communists, welfare queens, treehuggers, feminazis, illegal immigrants, children of illegal immigrants, and you if you don&#8217;t watch your step.” He resigned from the University in 2017.
