Williams, in an editorial for The Nation, wrote &#8221; the history of the right to bear arms is shaped by exclusionary privilege based on race and gender. It is almost exclusively white men who may “reasonably” carry firearms to protests outside Target or political conventions&#8221;, although still 20% of Hispanic and African-American homes own guns according to Pew research.

<a href="https://journalism.columbia.edu/faculty/dale-maharidge">Dale Maharidge</a> is a Journalism Professor at Columbia University who ironically does not take well to criticism. After finding out he was under investigation on Project Veritas' "To Catch A Journalist" he reacted with a series of explicit and sophomoric rants on social media.

<a href="http://socialwork.columbia.edu/faculty/adjunct/kathy-boudin/">Dr. Kathy Boudin</a> teaches social work classes at Columbia University, despite having a lengthy criminal record. Boudin, a convicted murderer and a member of Bill Ayers' domestic terrorism group the Weather Underground, had no problem finding a job teaching at Columbia. According to The Daily Beast "In 1984, Boudin, a member of the Weather Underground, a violent, oafish association of upper-class “revolutionaries,” pled guilty to second-degree murder in association with the infamous 1981 Brinks armored car robbery in Nyack, New York. Babbling in the language of anti-racism and anti-imperialism, Boudin assisted in ending the life of three people, including Waverly Brown, the first black police officer on the Nyack police force, and left nine children fatherless. She was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison. In 2003, Boudin was released; by 2008 she had landed a coveted teaching position at an Ivy League university."

<a href="http://www.law.columbia.edu/faculty/kayum-ahmed">Professor Kayum Ahmed</a>, Columbia University Law School, filed a “discrimination and harassment complaint” against the College Republicans after they invited Tommy Robinson to speak on campus, arguing that the invitation itself was an “act of violence” against him.

Dr. Rashid Khalidi, a Professor of Arab Studies at Columbia, laced a criticism of Trump's foreign policy with Anti-Semitism. Discussing Trump's position on Israel, Khalidi said "They have a vision whereby there is no such thing as the Palestinians. They have a vision whereby international law doesn’t exist. They have a vision whereby the United States can unilaterally cancel a decision of the United Nations. And unfortunately these people infest the Trump transition team, these people are going to infest our government as of January 20th. And they are hand in glove with a similar group of people in the Israeli government and in Israeli political life who think that whatever they think can be imposed on reality."

Dr. Strozier argues law-abiding citizens become Taliban terrorist extremists due to climate change. Strozier is a proponent of the idea that the number-one national security threat is climate change, a view espoused by Bernie Sanders among others. He asks, along with his research partner Kelly Berkel, “If more Americans knew how glacial melt contributes to catastrophic weather in Afghanistan—potentially strengthening the Taliban and imperiling Afghan girls who want to attend school—would we drive more hybrids and use millions fewer plastic bags?”

Professor Tess Winkelmann is an Assistant Professor of U.S Foreign Relations at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Winkelmann made headlines after a video surfaced of the professor openly blaming President Trump for the horrible massacre that occurred in Las Vegas just a few days before. In the video, Winkelmann can be heard saying, "When he got elected, I told my classes three semesters ago, some of us won't be affected by this presidency, but others are going to die. Other people will die because of this." The school has yet to take any action, and Winkelmann has yet to issue a statement on the matter.

Dr. Gabriel Piterberg is a Professor of History at the University of California, Los Angeles. After being suspended last spring following sexual harassment lawsuits by students, Piterberg is still allowed to teach at UCLA. One of the students said that UCLA discouraged them from making formal complaints, saying they didn’t provide enough evidence. Piterberg also allegedly paid $3000 to the UC Board of Regents.

In an op-ed from 2014, Conoley stated that if you are “light-skinned” you have “significant unearned privilege.” Moreover, these privileged individuals show distrust and “lower expectations of behavior” of those with another skin color.

<a href="http://www.cla.csulb.edu/departments/journalism/people/faculty/chris-knap/">Knap</a>, a communications professor at CSULB, assigned a homework assignment which mocked Trump as sexist and homophobic. The assignment involved an employee named "Ronald Plump" that harassed women and used homophobic slurs.

Michael Park is an instructor at California State University-Long Beach. He used a media law class to disparage Tea Partiers and conservatives as being birthers. In an assignment, he implied that opposition to President Obama is based on a belief that he is not a "true American". This is similar to a class taught by Christopher Knap, a fellow CSULB professor that assigned a homework assignment implying Trump is homophobic/sexist.

<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_Butz">Dr. Arthur Butz</a> is a tenured engineering professor at Northwestern University and a well-known Holocaust denier.  He wrote a book called &#8220;The Hoax of the Twentieth Century&#8221; where he claims the Holocaust is a hoax. The book claims, &#8220;not only that they [the Jews] were not virtually wiped out, but what&#8217;s more, that no evidence exists to date to confirm that there was ever any Hitler attempt to do so&#8221;. Northwestern University formulated a policy specifically for Dr. Butz which requires the university to offer duplicate options of all his courses so that no student has to take his course in order to graduate. He also publicly supported then-Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for calling the Holocaust a myth.

She wrote in an op-ed that there are good arguments for restricting free speech rights. She said that racist hate speech has been linked to higher rates of smoking and obesity, for example. Supporting her argument for restricting speech, she pointed out that recently the Supreme Court ruled that a music group ("The Slants", a band made up of Asian-Americans) was allowed to use a derogatory name as their band name, although she did not point out the band was using the name to mock people who use the name in a derogatory fashion.

Dr. Selena Lester Breikss is an Associate Professor at Washington State University. In her “Women and Popular Culture” class, Breikss threatened to give students a failing grade for using verbiage she considers, “oppressive and hateful language.” The punishment includes, “but [is] not limited to removal from the class without attendance or participation points, failure of the assignment, and— in extreme cases— failure for the semester.”

In his class called “Introduction to Multicultural Literature,” Streamas told white students to defer to non-white students if they want to succeed in the class. Dr. Streamas  also allegedly called a student a “white shitbag” and said that WSU stands for "White Supremacist University."

Dr. Rebecca Fowler is a professor at Washington State University. In her “Introduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies” class, Fowler takes one grade point away when a student uses the phrase “illegal alien” or “illegals.” The goal is that students will “come to recognize how white privilege functions in everyday social structures and institutions.”

Dr. Selena Lester Breikss is an Associate Professor at Washington State University. Recently, a pro-life group caught him on camera erasing pro-life messages written in chalk around campus. Thatcher also ordered his students to erase the messages, even though the group had permission to write the messages on the sidewalks.

Following the controversial killing of an unarmed black woman by police officers in Seattle, Annamma tweeted that, &#8220;The systemic violence that killed Charleena Lyles is the very foundation of the country.&#8221; She then went even further by saying, &#8220;There is no time to return to make America great again, unless you are deeply invested in white supremacy &amp; killing of black &amp; brown people&#8230;to secure your own white property through racism, ableism, [and] cis-heteropatriarchy.&#8221; Her faculty bio says that her research focuses on &#8220;increasing access to equitable education for historically marginalized students and communities, particularly students of color with disabilities.&#8221;

Dr. Guth tweeted recently that he wished that deranged gunman would murder the children of National Rifle Association members. When asked about it, Guth stated, “Hell no, hell no I don’t regret that tweet. I don’t take it back one bit.”

Dr. Subini Annamma is a Professor of Education at the University of Kansas. Butler is currently being sued by a student for assault and battery. She allegedly attacked the student for not transporting bugs and flammable liquids. According to the student, he was trying to respect federal and state laws regarding the transportation and removal of these specific fluids and native bugs.

Butler is currently being sued by a student for assault and battery. She allegedly attacked the student for not transporting bugs and flammable liquids. According to the student, he was trying to respect federal and state laws regarding the transportation and removal of these specific fluids and native bugs.

Harron wrote an article about how white, male professors should resign or take a demotion in order to improve diversity. Harron wrote, "If you are a white cis man (meaning you identify as male and you were assigned male at birth) you almost certainly should resign from your position of power. That’s right, please quit. Too difficult? Well, as a first step, at least get off your hiring committee, your curriculum committee, and make sure you’re replaced by a woman of color or trans person." She also wrote, "What can universities do? Well, that’s easier. Stop hiring white cis men (except as needed to get/retain people who are not white cis men) until the problem goes away. If you think this is a bad or un-serious idea, your sexism/racism/transphobia is showing."

Boedy spoke out against a new bill which allows for concealed carry on campus, claiming that he feared he would be shot by disgruntled students if concealed carry was legal at the university.

Boedy spoke out against a new bill which allows for concealed carry on campus, claiming that he feared he would be shot by disgruntled students if concealed carry was legal at the university.
