This is mandatory anti-racism training at the University of Arizona.
Why are taxpayers funding this and putting up with it?
Why are donors still giving money to U of A? pic.twitter.com/gVcf4t5QVh

The screenshot was taken during the university’s fall 2024 “Anti-Racist Speaker Series” featuring a race-hustling lecturer named Lawrence Ross.
Ross states on his LinkedIn page, “I am booking blackballed lecturers on campus racism for 2023-24.”
The university’s DEIJ Training Opportunity page provides the following content warning:
“Some of the opportunities and resources in this section discuss interpersonal violence, including sexual assault, mental health struggles, racism, and oppression.”
Training sessions include “Anti-Racism 101 Crash Course” and “Whistleblower Awareness Training” for reporting “wrongful conduct.” Some classes offered through the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Faculty/Staff Workshops include:
- “Critical Cultural Dialogues”
- “Implicit Bias and Microaggression”
- “Safe Zone (LGBTQIA+ Allyship)”
- “Gender Equity”
- “Undocumented Student Success”
