Bruce Cumings

Dr. Bruce Cumings is a Distinguished Professor of History at the University of Chicago. Dr. Cumings placed most of the blame of North Korea’s problems on the United States, while also whitewashing problems in Korea. For example, Cumings denies the existence of a massive famine in North Korea in the 1990s. Cumings blames the United States for North Korea’s problems, not Communism.
