Thomas K. Hubbard was the James R. Dougherty Jr. Centennial Professor of Classics, <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20190905194331/https://minio.la.utexas.edu/colaweb-prod/person_files/0/354/thomas_k_hubbard_curriculum_vitae.pdf">who taught at the University of Texas-Austin from 1988 t0 2021</a>. Hubbard’s body of research included ancient pederasty – adult male sexual relations with underage boys  – which Hubbard calls the “<a href="https://www.dallasnews.com/news/politics/2019/12/17/ut-students-protest-professors-house-over-his-writings-on-sexual-relations-between-men-and-boys/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">romantic courtship</a>” of teenage boys by older men.
Writing in the peer-reviewed Thymos Journal of Boyhood Studies, Hubbard detailed this position in an article titled, <a href="https://www.researchgate.net/publication/276216200_Sexual_Consent_and_the_Adolescent_Male_or_What_Can_We_Learn_from_the_Greeks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sexual Consent and the Adolescent Male, or What Can We Learn From the Greeks</a>. Hubbard <a href="https://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/editorials/2019/12/18/a-ut-professor-advocates-pedophilia-why-are-we-paying-for-it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claims</a> that there are great benefits to relationships between older men and teenage boys by appealing to the portrayal of these relationships in Greek artworks and myths.

Hubbard also <a href="https://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/editorials/2019/12/18/a-ut-professor-advocates-pedophilia-why-are-we-paying-for-it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">states</a> that sexual relationships between teenage boys and adult men can replace the lack of intimacy that a boy might experience if the young man has an absent father.

Hubbard utilizes his research on pederasty to buoy his advocacy for lowering the federal legal age for sexual consent. Hubbard also <a href="https://www.dallasnews.com/news/politics/2019/12/17/ut-students-protest-professors-house-over-his-writings-on-sexual-relations-between-men-and-boys/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">decries age-of-consent laws</a>, calling them a “sad by-product” of the Victorian era that prevented sexual liberation.

Hubbard made the distinction, in a <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20200216112913if_/https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wGGrODNSdwudrF1G4uerU2DsRxcSx3DR1Nbn6JOd7ho/edit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">now-deleted google document</a>, that he was speaking on behalf of pederasty and not pedophilia. He continues in the Doc by extolling several nations for having age-of-consent laws that were lower than the United States.
Hubbard’s work has been distributed and used by <a href="https://www.dallasnews.com/news/politics/2019/12/17/ut-students-protest-professors-house-over-his-writings-on-sexual-relations-between-men-and-boys/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">groups like the North American Man/Boy Love Association</a> (NAMBLA), which advocates for the abolishment of age-of-consent laws between children and adults.
The University of Texas-Austin’s administration reaffirmed Hibbard’s right to <a href="https://www.thedailybeast.com/students-want-thomas-hubbard-fired-for-work-on-pederasty-but-university-of-texas-says-its-protected-speech" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“explore controversial and offensive ideas</a>.” As of December 2020, <a href="https://www.statesman.com/story/news/education/2020/07/23/ut-professor-accused-of-promoting-pedophilia-sues-student-for-libel/42515639/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hubbard is suing a student and 10 others for libel</a> after they distributed flyers labeling him a pedophile.
UPDATE 
A university spokeswoman has informed the Professor Watchlist team that Thomas Hubbard is no longer employed at the University of Texas. As stated in their response, Dr. Hubbard announced his retirement in July of 2021 and is no longer associated with the University in any capacity.
Despite their written statement, <a href="https://cola.utexas.edu/european_studies/people/faculty/thubbard">Dr. Hubbard was still listed on the university website</a> as a professor in the Center for European Studies at the time of the university&#8217;s letter
In a follow-up conversation with the university spokeswomen, Dr. Hubbard&#8217;s profile was removed from the European Studies page and he is no longer listed as a faculty member with the University as of December 15th, 2021.

Dr. Vincent was Vice-President for Diversity and Community Engagement at the University of Texas-Austin. On two separate occasions, he condemned an affirmative action bake sale as "demeaning" and "deplorable". Leaving to assume the role of President of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, he later <a href="https://www.jbhe.com/2018/04/gregory-vincent-resigns-as-president-of-hobart-and-william-smith-colleges/">resigned</a> after allegations arose that he plagiarized his doctoral dissertation.

<a href="https://education.utexas.edu/faculty/jennifer_adair">Dr. Jennifer Adair</a> is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Adair proposed indoctrinating children as young as kindergarten in racial issues, in order to ‘prevent another Ferguson.' One proposed project involved having the students make protest signs about racial injustice or other art projects about school integration or bus boycotts. Adair and the other professors working with her drew heavily from the philosophy of radical historian Howard Zinn in their effort.

<a href="http://liberalarts.utexas.edu/history/faculty/profile.php?id=jn324">Dr. Joan Neuberger</a>, a professor at University of Texas-Austin led anti-campus carry efforts, including a petition to bar students who conceal carry from entering classrooms, in violation of Texas law. A change.org petition organized by the same group said, “WE OPPOSE GUNS IN OUR CLASSROOMS AS A DIRECT ASSAULT ON OUR FREE SPEECH RIGHTS.” Despite her proclamations about the dangers of guns, Neuberger is not actually a statistician or criminal justice professor, but a Russian history professor.

<a href="http://www.utexas.edu/cola/rs/faculty/profile.php?id=jt27">Dr. John Traphagan</a> is a Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Texas, Austin. A Campus Reform article states, "In a column for the Dallas Morning News, University of Texas at Austin professor John Traphagan said Americans are 'unable to handle' gun ownership. According to Traphagan, the U.S. should curtail or eliminate the ability to purchase guns and 'prohibit many forms of gun ownership.'"

<a href="http://journalism.utexas.edu/faculty/robert-jensen">Dr. Robert Jensen</a> is a Professor of Journalism at the University of Texas, Austin. In an essay on a social justice website, Jensen argued that rape is part of the larger violent, patriarchy. He told Campus Reform that, “I don’t believe there will be any serious progress toward eliminating men’s violence against women if we do not address the toxic notions about masculinity in patriarchy—masculinity understood as rooted in control, conquest, aggression.” Jensen also attacked a major anti-sexual assault group for blaming the perpetrators for rape, instead of focusing on the patriarchal culture as the main cause.

<a href="https://liberalarts.utexas.edu/english/faculty/sas347">Snehal Shingavi</a> is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Texas, Austin.

While teaching at the University of California, Berkeley, Shingavi co-founded the anti-Israel group <a href="https://canarymission.org/organization/sjp">Students for Justice in Palestine</a> (SJP) with Professor Hatem Bazian.  SJP is known for its vitriolic campaigns and aggressively confronting Jewish and pro-Israel students on campus. They are also known for their active role in Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns on university campuses.

Snehal first generated controversy at UC Berkeley in 2002 for his <a href="https://www.meforum.org/campus-watch/7789/hardball-interview-with-snehal-shingavi">course</a>, "The Politics and Poetics of Palestinian Resistance." The course description alleged that Israel has “systematically displaced, killed and maimed millions of Palestinian people.”

The course also all, but outright barred conservative students from attending: “This class takes as its starting point the right of Palestinians to fight for their own self-determination. Conservative thinkers are encouraged to seek other sections.”

Now teaching at UT Austin, <a href="https://canarymission.org/professor/Snehal_Shingavi">Shehal</a> is a regular at protests and events committed to demonizing Israel. During a 2014 lecture, he <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAGtcdPL244&amp;feature=youtu.be&amp;t=13m15s">likened</a> Israel to Nazi Germany, claiming, “This is not me being hyperbolic…..Gaza is the biggest open air concentration camp in the world today and the condition of life in Gaza is not dissimilar to life in Auschwitz and Dachau.”

John O. Brennan is a <a href="https://intelligencestudies.utexas.edu/about/leadership" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Distinguished Scholar</a> and <a href="https://www.strausscenter.org/person/john-o-brennan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Senior Advisor to the Intelligence Studies Project</a> at the <a href="https://www.utexas.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Texas-Austin</a>. Brennan also serves as a <a href="https://www.centeronnationalsecurity.org/fellows#john-o-brennan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Distinguished Fellow for Global Security</a> for the Center on National Security at <a href="https://www.fordham.edu/site/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fordham University</a>.

Prior to both roles, Brennan served as the <a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/John-Brennan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Director of The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) </a>from 2013 to 2017. His service and post-CIA career have been marred with controversies, including allegations of spying on political opponents, overseas clandestine operations, and incendiary comments towards conservatives and libertarians.

In 2014, the CIA was <a href="https://www.npr.org/sections/itsallpolitics/2014/03/11/289085076/feinsteins-cia-outrage-splits-senate" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accused by California Senator Dianne Feinstein of illegally accessing the computers of Senate staffers</a> investigating the use of “enhanced interrogation” against detainees. <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2014/03/brennan-denies-claims-cia-hacked-senate-computers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brennan initially denied the allegations</a>, stating that, “Nothing could be further from the truth.” Brennan was later forced to apologize when an Inspector General report found that <a href="https://thehill.com/policy/technology/213933-cia-admits-to-wrongly-hacking-into-senate-computers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Senate computers were in fact “hacked” by CIA officials</a>.

Brennan has been accused of arming radical Islamists during the Syrian Civil War. As The American Conservative documents, <a href="https://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/how-america-armed-terrorists-in-syria/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The CIA—under Brennan's direction—played a significant role in supplying deadly weapons to al-Qaeda affiliates</a> in an attempt to topple the Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad.

In his final years as CIA director, Brennan played a prominent role in what later became known as “Russiagate.” During the 2016 general election, intelligence agencies attempted to determine whether or not then-presidential candidate Donald Trump coordinated with the Russian Government to <a href="https://thehill.com/policy/cybersecurity/288883-wikileaks-posts-20000-dnc-emails" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hack and release sensitive emails from the Democratic National Committee</a>. Special Counsel Robert Mueller later found that there was <a href="https://www.dw.com/en/mueller-report-found-no-evidence-of-trump-russia-collusion-justice-dept/a-48046468" target="_blank" rel="noopener">no evidence of any coordination between the Trump Campaign and the Russian Government</a>.

While investigating Trump, John Brennan relied on allegations in what became known as the “Steele Dossier”— <a href="https://www.npr.org/2017/08/23/545289362/researcher-behind-unverified-trump-dossier-meets-senate-investigators" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a series of salacious allegations and potentially compromising information against Donald Trump</a> — compiled by British Intelligence agent Christopher Steele. The <a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/2020/09/steeles-dossier-source-was-a-suspected-russian-spy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">source for the dossier was later found to be a suspected Russian Spy,</a> who likely <a href="https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/453384-fbis-spreadsheet-puts-a-stake-through-the-heart-of-steeles-dossier" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exaggerated or falsified his information</a>.

Despite <a href="https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/442944-fbis-steele-story-falls-apart-false-intel-and-media-contacts-were-flagged" target="_blank" rel="noopener">agents flagging the information as false</a>, the Steele Dossier was later used as the basis to <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2019/12/09/ig-report-confirms-no-fisa-warrant-on-carter-page-without-steele-dossier/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">obtain warrants to surveil members of the Trump campaign</a>. Initially pushing to include the information, <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2019/12/09/brennan-lied-about-not-including-steele-dossier-in-intelligence-community-assessment-on-2016-russian-election-interference/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brennan later lied under congressional oath, stating he did not include the Steele Dossier in intelligence briefings</a>.

Declassified, handwritten notes from Brennan further show that he assisted in <a href="https://news.yahoo.com/dni-releases-cia-documents-hillary-204337457.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">efforts to tie the Trump campaign to Russia</a> to benefit the Hillary Clinton campaign. This is consistent with testimony accusing <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2020/05/12/fox-news-john-brennan-russia-hillary-clinton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brennan of suppressing intelligence that the Russian Government wanted Hillary Clinton to win</a> the 2016 presidential election.

Brennan continued to publically attack President Trump after the 2016 election, accusing <a href="https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2018/08/19/brennan_on_sunday_i_stand_by_accusing_president_trump_of_treason.html#!" target="_blank" rel="noopener">him of “treason” against the United States on behalf of Russia</a>. Brennan <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2017/05/25/ex-cia-director-john-brennan-ive-seen-no-evidence-collusion-russia/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">admits that he has seen no evidence that Donald Trump colluded</a> with the Russian government to win the 2016 election.

Following the Capital Hill riots, John Brennan <a href="https://twitter.com/tomselliott/status/1352007118392582148?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1352007118392582148%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwearechange.org%2Feven-libertarians-john-brennan-issues-list-of-ideologies-biden-intel-community-should-go-after%2F" target="_blank" rel="noopener">has described libertarians as terrorists and white supremacists</a>.

On his personal Twitter account, Brennan demands that conservatives need to publically recant their support of Donald Trump and admit that it was wrong to support the President of the United States.

In an interview with MSNBC, Brennan <a href="https://www.msnbc.com/deadline-white-house/watch/fmr-cia-dir-brennan-republicans-will-continue-to-gaslight-the-country-101798469719" target="_blank" rel="noopener">remarks</a> that many conservatives make him “embarrassed to be a white man.”

Brennan has admitted in the past that he voted for the Communist Party in past elections. According to CNN, Brennan <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2016/09/15/politics/john-brennan-cia-communist-vote/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">recounts</a> that he admitted to voting for the Communist Party Candidate, Gus Hall, in the 1976 general election. Brennan is reported <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2016/09/15/politics/john-brennan-cia-communist-vote/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stating</a> that voting for Hall was his way of “signaling his unhappiness of the system.”

As The Spectator <a href="https://spectator.org/john-brennans-president-remembering-comrade-gus-hall/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documents</a>, Gus Hall was a four-time presidential candidate and leader of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). Throughout his career, Hall defended atrocities committed by the Soviet Union while secretly receiving tens of millions of dollars from the Kremlin.

Dr. Kevin Cokley is the <a href="https://education.utexas.edu/faculty/kevin_cokley" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Department Chair of the Department of Educational Psychology</a> as well as a Professor of African American Diaspora Studies and Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Texas - Austin. He is a Distinguished Teaching Professor and is published in many outlets, including Journal of Black Psychology, The Huffington Post, and The Hill. Dr. Cokley has taught many courses, some of which are Psychology of African American Experience and Multicultural Counseling.

Dr. Cokley is very openly pro-critical race theory. <a href="https://www.courierpress.com/story/opinion/2021/07/15/viewpoint-teaching-critical-race-theory-patriotic-not-anti-american/7982099002/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In an opinion piece for Courier &amp; Press</a>, Dr. Cokley claims that critical race theory is actually patriotic. He accuses conservatives of pushing a false narrative about critical race theory by claiming it’s “divisive, hostile, and anti-American… and teaches kids to hate each other” which is a “politicized misrepresentation.”

According to him, critical race theory reminds us that this is still very true.

He asserts that conservatives who are against critical race theory are wanting to prevent any type of discussion around racism or putting America in a negative light. Dr. Cokley argues that there is nothing anti-American about acknowledging the fact that racism is woven into the fabric of the United States.

Dr. <a href="https://politicalscience.sdsu.edu/people/faculty/graubart_j.html">Jonathan Graubart</a> is a Professor of Political Science at San Diego State University (SDSU) and Director of the International Security and Conflict Resolution Program. According to his university biography, Dr. Graubart specializes in international relations, international law, Israel-Palestine, the UN, normative theory, and “resistance politics.”

In a July 2017 article, The College Fix reported that Dr. Graubart <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/professor-annoyed-groundswell-good-wishes-john-mccain-calls-war-criminal/">condemned Senator McCain as a “war criminal</a>” and someone who “has championed horrifying actions” in a now-deleted Facebook post on his personal account. <a href="https://www.johnmccain.com/">John McCain</a> was a United States Senator from Arizona who <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/john-mccain-dead-at-81">served as a Navy pilot and was a prisoner of war</a> during the Vietnam War. He died in August of 2018 after a battle with brain cancer.

In the now-deleted Facebook post, Dr. Graubart stated that <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/professor-annoyed-groundswell-good-wishes-john-mccain-calls-war-criminal/">he found himself “annoyed at the groundswell of good wishes for John McCain after his diagnosis of glioblastoma” (brain cancer).</a>.” His comment was posted <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/lawmakers-send-wishes-john-mccain-brain-tumor-announcement/story?id=48736469">just after John McCain announced his cancer diagnosis</a>.

ABC 10 News San Diego reported in July 2018 that an unnamed SDSU spokesman released a statement <a href="https://www.10news.com/news/san-diego-state-professor-makes-controversial-facebook-post">referring to Dr. Graubart’s post about McCain as “private speech”</a> that cannot be regulated. The spokesman also states that it does not “endorse” his views, nor does it have a social media policy for faculty members.

“SDSU does not have a social media policy for faculty and staff. As a public institution, we do not and cannot regulate the private speech of students, faculty or staff. However, that should not imply the university's endorsement of any particular viewpoint”

In a statement to Fox News later in 2017, Dr. Graubart stated that he posted the remarks on his private Facebook account, and therefore <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/professor-calls-mccain-a-war-criminal-annoyed-at-well-wishes-after-senators-brain-cancer-diagnosis">were written in an “off-the-cuff manner”</a> and not with a “large public in mind.”

Dr. Kendi claims that racism is deeply embedded in American institutions and that every white American benefits from racism, regardless of their actions. During another lecture for the <a href="https://www.aspeninstitute.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Aspen Institute</a>, Dr. Kendi <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzuOlyyQlug" target="_blank" rel="noopener">defined racism as ANY policy—or support for a policy—in which the outcome results in racial disparities</a>.

Dr. Kendi further advocates for an “<a href="https://www.politico.com/interactives/2019/how-to-fix-politics-in-america/inequality/pass-an-anti-racist-constitutional-amendment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">antiracist amendment” to the Constitution to monitor and punish officials with “racist” ideas</a>. Proposed policies in the amendment include:

- To deem racial inequity or racist ideas as unconstitutional

- Permanently fund a “Department of Antiracism”

- Mandatory monitoring of all federal, state, and local policies for racial inequity

- Mandatory monitoring of all public officials for racist ideas

- Ability to punish public officials who do not voluntarily change racist ideas or policies

Opposed to interracial families, Dr. Kendi has alleged that adopting a child from a separate race doesn’t make you “not racist.” During the 2020 confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett—who has adopted two children from Haiti—Dr. Kendi insinuated that families like the Barretts—whom he describes as “white colonizers”—<a href="https://nypost.com/2020/09/28/bu-professor-suggests-amy-coney-barrett-is-a-white-colonizer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">only adopt black children in a racist attempt to “civilize them.”</a>

<a href="https://manoa.hawaii.edu/biology/people/marguerite-butler">Dr. Marguerite Butler</a> is a Professor of Zoology at the University of Hawaii-Manoa. Butler is currently being sued by a student for assault and battery. She allegedly attacked the student for not transporting bugs and flammable liquids. According to the student, he was trying to respect federal and state laws regarding the transportation and removal of these specific fluids and native bugs.

Dr. James Livingston is <a href="https://history.rutgers.edu/faculty-directory/172-livingston-james" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a tenured Professor of History</a> at Rutgers University. His specialty is listed as Modern US: Intellectual and Economic History. He considers himself an “economic historian” and professionally writes many publications about politics, economics, and working in the United States.
In his personal time, Dr. Livingston often takes to Facebook to discuss similar topics, but in a less professional manner. <a href="https://pen.org/press-clip/white-professor-accused-of-antiwhite-racism/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In a Facebook post from May 31, 2018</a>, Dr. Livingston denounces the white race and belligerently asserts he “hates white people.” Later in the post, he calls white Americans “little caucasian assholes who know their parents will approve of anything they do” and “little shitheads.”

When Facebook flagged the post and took it down, rather than apologize for his racist rant, he posted the following:

Shortly after his anti-white tirade, Rutgers launched an investigation into his posts. The university stated that they received several anonymous complaints about the posts, calling them to take action against the Professor. Dr. Livingston claimed he was making a statement about gentrification and told university officials that white supremacists were sending him threatening messages.
The investigation was headed by Carolyn Dellatore, the associate director of the Office of Employment Equity. <a href="https://www.thefire.org/rutgers-investigation-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Her investigation found that</a> “given Professor Livingston’s insistence on making disparaging racial comments, a reasonable student may have concerns that he or she would be stigmatized in his classes because of his or her race. As such, Professor Livingston’s comments have violated university policy.” He argued, however, that his posts were not racist because white people cannot be discriminated against. He also argued that the first amendment gave him the right to freedom of speech.
The university initially decided to sanction Dr. Livingston, but they <a href="https://www.northjersey.com/story/news/2018/11/15/no-punishment-rutgers-university-professor-over-white-people-comments-facebook/2016377002/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ultimately reversed their decision</a> in November 2018, clearing him of all charges. Dr. Livingston is still teaching at Rutgers University today.

<a href="https://sociology.rutgers.edu/faculty/affliliated-graduate-faculty/541-kumar-deepa">Dr. Deepa Kumar</a> is a Professor of Media Studies as well as Middle Eastern Studies at Rutgers University. She argued on Twitter that the U.S. military is worse than ISIS. Kumar wrote on Twitter, "Yes ISIS is brutal, but US is more so, 1.3 million killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan."

<a href="http://womens-studies.rutgers.edu/faculty/core-faculty/143-jasbir-puar">Dr. Jasbir Puar</a>, a professor at Rutgers University, was invited to speak at Vassar. Her lecture was titled “Inhumanist Biopolitics: How Palestine Matters.” In her lecture, she accuses Israel of “stunting” growth of Palestinian bodies through scientific experiment as well as harvesting their organs.

<a href="http://www.kevin-allred.com/">Kevin Allred</a> was an adjunct instructor at Rutgers University. He underwent a psych evaluation after a series of questionable and possibly threatening tweets relating to Trump and the Second Amendment. He also went to Twitter after the election to complain that Rutgers had not publicly ensured the safety of students after Trump won. He also teaches a class called "Politicizing Beyonce". He was <a href="https://www.insidehighered.com/news/2016/11/21/rutgers-places-adjunct-leave-tweets-he-says-were-based-rhetoric-president-elect">placed</a> on administrative leave as of 2016

<a href="https://rcws10.rutgers.edu/faculty/Chikindas/">Professor Michael Chikindas</a>, Rutgers University, posted frequent anti-Semitic comments, at one point referring to Jewish people as “international fat Jewish pockets.” “These jewish [sic] motherf*****s do not control me. They can go f**k each other in their fat a***s - you see, I really do not have anything to loose [sic], hence nothing to be controlled,” he wrote in response to an article titled “The Globalists: Who Control Us!”.

<a href="http://history.rutgers.edu/faculty-directory/174-markowitz-norman">Dr. Norman Markowitz</a> is a Professor of History at Rutgers University. Dr. Markowitz is also an active member of the Communist Party USA since 1978.  He writes and teaches about communism using his “Marxist Perspective.” As a supporter of Obama, Markowitz said that it would be good if Obama’s policies were labeled socialist because it would bring socialism to the forefront and looked at more seriously as a viable option for Americans. He has been a longtime defender of the Communist spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, and has said he has “enormous respect” for Howard Zinn, a Marxist historian.

<a href="http://www.polisci.rutgers.edu/cb-profile/userprofile/whfield">Dr. William Field</a>, a professor at Rutgers University, sent out an email to all political science majors and minors to protest against Condoleeza Rice serving as their commencement speaker. He was also said to have congratulated one of the lead organizers of the protest who had damaged university property.

<a href="https://law.rutgers.edu/directory/view/mbk69" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Margo Kaplan</a> is a Professor of Law at <a href="https://law.rutgers.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rutgers University Law School</a> in Camden, New Jersey. According to her university biography, she teaches courses on “Criminal Law, Health Law and Policy, and Sex Crimes” and explores the “legal limitations on intimate decisions.”

Dr. Kaplan has spent her academic career attempting to normalize pedophilia. In a paper for the <a href="https://scholarlycommons.law.wlu.edu/wlulr/vol72/iss1/4/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Washington and Lee Law Review</a>, she advocates for the reclassification of pedophilia as a mental disorder so that pedophiles may be awarded more civil rights:

“...we should not categorically deny pedophilia the civil rights protections afforded to other mental disorders without a convincing normative justification supported by cogent scientific evidence. Strengthening civil rights protections for those with pedophilia also increases access to treatment and support that helps prevent child abuse.”

In a similar piece for the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2014/10/06/opinion/pedophilia-a-disorder-not-a-crime.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York</a><a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2014/10/06/opinion/pedophilia-a-disorder-not-a-crime.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> Times</a>—titled, "Pedophilia: A Disorder, Not a Crime,"—Dr. Kaplan attempts a sickening effort to lure readers into sympathizing with pedophiles by characterizing pedophiles as adolescents with harmless, childhood crushes.

“THINK back to your first childhood crush. Maybe it was a classmate or a friend next door. Most likely, through school and into adulthood, your affections continued to focus on others in your approximate age group. But imagine if they did not. By some estimates, 1 percent of the male population continues, long after puberty, to find themselves attracted to prepubescent children. These people are living with pedophilia, a sexual attraction to prepubescents that often constitutes a mental illness. Unfortunately, our laws are failing them and, consequently, ignoring opportunities to prevent child abuse.”

Her intellectual sleight of hand is prevalent in both pieces. Kaplan blames the abuse of children partially on what she views as the severity in which society treats pedophilia, resulting in pedophiles abstaining from seeking treatment.

When later interviewed by <a href="https://www.phillymag.com/news/2014/10/06/pedophilia-not-a-crime-rutgers-margo-kaplan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Philadelphia Magazine</a>, Dr. Kapland claimed to be “shocked” at the amount of support she had received, accusing critics she did have of not even reading her article.

<a href="https://history.rutgers.edu/people/faculty/details/1143-bray-mark">Mark Bray</a> is a part-time lecturer in the Department of History at Rutgers University.

Bray first gained notoriety in 2017 when he <a href="https://www.mhpbooks.com/books/antifa/">authored</a> "The Anti-Fascist Handbook," and offered to <a href="https://campusreform.org/?id=14972">donate</a> half of the proceeds to ANTIFA.

Bray fully endorses ANTIFA’s embrace of violence as a tactic, and often describes it as “self-defense”. He has <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=9616">stated</a> that in order to “preemptively” shut down far-right events and gatherings,  “physical violence against white supremacists is both ethically justifiable and strategically effective.”

Soon after publication, he appeared on NBC to <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/antifa-violence-ethical-author-explains-why-n796106">defend</a> the use of force against opposing protestors. He claimed that as an illiberal organization, ANTIFA has and will continue to shut down the free speech of the far right.

Bray recently penned an op-ed in the <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2020/06/01/trump-antifa-terrorist-organization/">Washington Post</a> in the midst of mass-rioting following the death of George Floyd. After expressing sympathy with the looters, Bray claims that police officers are, in fact, deadlier than ANTIFA.  He wrote, “...and in the United States, ANTIFA have never killed anyone, unlike their enemies in Klan hoods and squad cars.” 

After his views were <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/red-alert-politics/dartmouth-president-disavows-professor-justified-antifa-violence-self-defense">condemned</a> by Dartmouth University - his employer at the time - Bray soon began lecturing at Rutgers, where his university biography describes him as a “historian of human rights, terrorism, and politics in Modern Europe.”

<a href="https://asianlanguages.rutgers.edu/menu-i/69-richard-vanness-simmons">Richard VanNess Simmons</a> is a professor of Chinese and East Asian Studies and serves as the <a href="https://www.ciru.rutgers.edu/about-us/people-2">Director of the Confucius Institute</a> at Rutgers University. The Confucius Institute is funded by the Chinese Communist Party and serves as a focal point for the dissemination of propaganda and foreign espionage on American campuses.

<a href="https://africanastudies.rutgers.edu/people/core-faculty/people-list/30-faculty/140-brittney-cooper">Brittney Cooper</a> is an associate professor of Africana and Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. Much of her research and writing centers around the intersections of race, feminism, and gender. Cooper’s work has led her to develop a number of bizarre opinions:

 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">While Cooper claims that most American Christians worship a God of “white supremacy and patriarchy,” she chooses to<a href="https://www.salon.com/2015/04/01/the_rights_made_up_god_how_bigots_invented_a_white_supremacist_jesus/"> worship a Jesus that was “queer”</a> and “married to a prostitute."</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">White families, like Mitt Romney’s,<a href="https://www.salon.com/2014/01/07/white_supremacy_wins_again_melissa_harris_perry_and_the_racial_false_equivalence/"> can’t properly raise black children</a>.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Linear time is a product of a Euro-centric world, or in short,<a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/rutgers-professor-even-the-concept-of-time-is-racist/"> our concept of time is racist.</a></li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">A founding principle of our nation is that black people are inhuman, therefore<a href="https://www.salon.com/2015/04/29/black_americas_baltimore_schism_why_the_freddie_gray_tragedy_demands_serious_soul_searching/"> riots are really just resistance</a> against an unjust system.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">BREXIT was the result of<a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=7760"> white nationalism.</a></li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">And obesity in the black community is<a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=13866"> caused by racism</a>.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Cooper has publicly attacked conservatives on multiple occasions, most recently during a Livestream commentary on the DNC. Before launching into a tirade accusing Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas for “demolishing the civil rights movement,”</li>

Cooper has attributed most of the deaths from the pandemic to racism and conservatives, stating that, “I feel like most Black people are clear that this utterly absurd push to re-open the country is all about a gross necropolitical calculation that it is Black people who are dying disproportionately from COVID,” and <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/rutgers-university-prof-reopening-the-country-is-about-killing-black-people/">blaming Trump supporters for the hundreds of thousands of deaths</a> due to the coronavirus.

Cooper has previously stated that a conservative’s beliefs are “rooted in racism.” In an appearance on MSNBC, <a href="https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/duncan-schroeder/2020/08/30/deranged-msnbc-pundit-goes-hateful-rant-against-trump-voters">Cooper stated that conservatives have a desire for power</a> at the expense of black and brown Americans.

Cooper has denigrated conservatives throughout her career along racial lines. <a href="https://www.c-span.org/video/?444245-2/eloquent-rage&amp;playEvent">During a speech in Baltimore</a>, she stated that as white men lose their power, they will continue to “terrorize” black men and women. In a previous thread, she stated that the black community is being eaten alive by “capitalism, patriarchy, and racism,” and white people won’t feel any negative consequences of these systems so long as they can continue to displace white people through systems like gentrification.

Ms. <a href="https://crimjust.rutgers.edu/people/faculty-directory/details/30-faculty/faculty/620-erakat-noura">Noura Erakat</a> is an Assistant Professor of Africana Studies at Rutgers University. According to her university profile, Professor Erakat specializes in fields that include international law, humanitarian law, human rights law, national security law, refugee law, and critical race theory. A harsh critic of the state of Israel, the professor has repeatedly demonized and called for the destruction of the only Jewish state in the world.

Professor Erakat’s work frequently characterizes Israel as a racist state that is equivalent to the apartheid-era South African government. In a November 2019 interview with DemocracyNow, she stated, ”<a href="https://www.democracynow.org/2019/11/19/noura_erakat_israeli_settlements_trump_announcement">we are witnessing the entrenchment of an apartheid regime</a>, and the U.S. [is] at the helm of that process.”

Professor Erakat repeats this false claim to justify her support of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement. In a November 2020 video panel discussion with the Middle East Institute, Professor Erakat calls on the world <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7S7ZkKMFUuU&amp;t=3956s">to resist and alienate Israel via adherence to a BDS platform</a>.

BDS—short for Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions—supporters embrace the following three tenets as a feature of the campaign:

- Boycotting all goods that originate from the state of Israel;

- Divesting all funds (private or public) that are allocated to Israel; and

- Placing sanctions exclusively on Israel.

Mr. Omar Barghouti, a co-founder of the BDS movement, admits that the ultimate outcome of these steps is the <a href="https://twitter.com/StandWithUs/status/1267561561565958144">dismantlement of the state of Israel</a>.

Professor Erakat likewise calls for Israel to be destroyed and replaced by an Arab-majority Palestinian state. As reported by The Spectator in July 2019, Ms. Erakat spoke at an event in Washington, DC, where she <a href="https://spectator.org/noura-erakat-recounts-her-anxiety-over-israels-existence/">advocated for Arabs to “help indigenize” Jews in Israel </a>in order to achieve a sole Palestinian state or a “one-state solution.”

Professor Erakat is far more brazen in calling for the outright destruction of Israel when speaking at anti-Israel protests around the country. During one march in May 2021—captured by News2Share—she called for the <a href="https://twitter.com/FordFischer/status/1393739882825195521/">liberation of Palestine, “from the river to the sea.</a>”

According to the Israeli newspaper Arutz Sheva, the chant, “from the river to the sea,” was <a href="https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/291203">popularized by terrorist groups such as the Palestinian Liberation Organization</a> (PLO). The phrase alludes to the destruction of Israel—and thus the genocide of the nation’s Jews—between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/1948/08/02/archives/aim-to-oust-jews-pledged-by-sheikh-head-of-moslem-brotherhood-says.html">The chant is thought to originate from the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan el-Banna</a>, who was qouted by The New York Times stating, "If the Jewish state becomes a fact, and this is realized by the Arab peoples, they will drive the Jews who live in their midst into the sea."

Even though Professor Erakat can be heard calling for the “denuclearization of Israel” in the same speech, she had in 2013 <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I20HOx5zfv0&amp;ab_channel=JFhsfohhMN">condemned efforts to dismantle Iran’s nuclear program as “racist</a>.”

In April of 2020, Noura Erakat’s cousin, Mr. Ahmed Erakat, was killed after <a href="https://www.algemeiner.com/2020/06/29/palestinian-rams-a-checkpoint-death-lies-and-videotape/">ramming his car into an Israeli checkpoint during a failed terrorist attack</a>. Despite the publication of footage verifying the incident and a pipe bomb later being found in the van by investigators, Ms. Erakat continues to claim that he was murdered by Israeli forces.

Dr. James Livingston is <a href="https://history.rutgers.edu/faculty-directory/172-livingston-james" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a tenured Professor of History</a> at Rutgers University. His specialty is listed as Modern US: Intellectual and Economic History. He considers himself an “economic historian” and professionally writes many publications about politics, economics, and working in the United States.

In his personal time, Dr. Livingston often takes to Facebook to discuss similar topics, but in a less professional manner. <a href="https://pen.org/press-clip/white-professor-accused-of-antiwhite-racism/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In a Facebook post from May 31, 2018</a>, Dr. Livingston denounces the white race and belligerently asserts he “hates white people.” Later in the post, he calls white Americans “little caucasian assholes who know their parents will approve of anything they do” and “little shitheads.”

When Facebook flagged the post and took it down, rather than apologize for his racist rant, he posted the following:

Shortly after his anti-white tirade, Rutgers launched an investigation into his posts. The university stated that they received several anonymous complaints about the posts, calling them to take action against the Professor. Dr. Livingston claimed he was making a statement about gentrification and told university officials that white supremacists were sending him threatening messages.

The investigation was headed by Carolyn Dellatore, the associate director of the Office of Employment Equity. <a href="https://www.thefire.org/rutgers-investigation-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Her investigation found that</a> “given Professor Livingston’s insistence on making disparaging racial comments, a reasonable student may have concerns that he or she would be stigmatized in his classes because of his or her race. As such, Professor Livingston’s comments have violated university policy.” He argued, however, that his posts were not racist because white people cannot be discriminated against. He also argued that the first amendment gave him the right to freedom of speech.

The university initially decided to sanction Dr. Livingston, but they <a href="https://www.northjersey.com/story/news/2018/11/15/no-punishment-rutgers-university-professor-over-white-people-comments-facebook/2016377002/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ultimately reversed their decision</a> in November 2018, clearing him of all charges. Dr. Livingston is still teaching at Rutgers University today.

<a href="https://comminfo.rutgers.edu/kumanyika-chenjerai">Dr. Chenjerai Kumanyika</a> is an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University. Dr. Kumanyika traveled to Ferguson, MO multiple times to protest the non-indictment of the white police officer who shot Michael Brown. He was also a signatory on a letter supporting the demands from the Coalition of Concerned Students who believe in prosecuting what they call “predatory behaviors and defamatory speech,” even from social media sources. The letter also calls for building a new multi-cultural center, more support for “underrepresented groups,” increasing the number of minority faculty members, and for Clemson employees to go through diversity training. Chenjerai also orchestrated a campaign against a student senate candidate and accused a candidate of racism for posing with a gun and American flag for his campaign poster.

Her lecture was titled “Inhumanist Biopolitics: How Palestine Matters.” In her lecture, she accuses Israel of “stunting” growth of Palestinian bodies through scientific experiment as well as harvesting their organs.

Dr. <a href="https://www.professorcarolanderson.org/about" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Carol Anderson</a> is the <a href="http://aas.emory.edu/home/people/bios/anderson-carol.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Charles Howard Candler Professor and Chair of African American Studies</a> at <a href="https://www.emory.edu/home/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Emory University</a> in Atlanta, Georgia. She has ascribed the passage of the Second Amendment to white supremacy, and accused conservatives of trying to make America a “whites only” nation.

Dr. Anderson is the author of, “<a href="https://www.professorcarolanderson.org/the-second" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Second: Race and Guns in a Fatally Unequal America</a>.” The book alleges the true purpose of the Second Amendment is the denial of rights to African Americans.

In a subsequent interview with CNN, Dr. Anderson claims the <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/30/us/second-amendment-guns-anti-black-anderson-blake/index.html?utm_term=link&amp;utm_source=twCNN&amp;utm_content=2021-06-01T03%3A42%3A56&amp;utm_medium=social" target="_blank" rel="noopener">intention of the right to keep and bear arms was ultimately to empower militias to keep black Americans, “under the boot” of white supremacy</a>. At one point, she claims the second amendment is about “anti-blackness”, or antithetical to the well-being and rights of African-Americans:

She further states that America’s gun culture is fueled by a “fear” of black people and that “anti-blackness” courses through our nation's history.

Dr. Anderson first rose to national prominence in 2014 for her Washington Post article attributing the Ferguson Riots to “white rage.”

The unrest stemmed from an altercation involving Michael Brown and police officer Darren Wilson. Brown had been pulled over by Wilson over suspicion of his involvement in a strong-arm robbery in a nearby convenience store. During the stop, witnesses testified that <a href="https://nypost.com/2014/08/19/witnesses-say-ferguson-teen-attacked-cop-before-shooting/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brown attempted to grab Officer Wilson’s gun</a> before turning and running away. When ordered to halt, Brown turned and charged Officer Wilson, who then fatally shot Brown in self-defense.

Although Wilson was later exonerated for his actions,<a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/hands-up-dont-shoot-makes-wapos-list-of-outlandish-claims" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> Black Lives Matter activists promoted the false narrative that Brown was shot with his hands up while attempting to surrender.</a> After a grand jury declined to indict Officer Wilson, <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2850383/A-town-ravaged-anger-pictures-extent-damage-buildings-Ferguson.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rioters and looters burned stores and restaurants across the city of Ferguson</a>, Missouri.

In the piece, Dr. Anderson <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/ferguson-wasnt-black-rage-against-copsit-was-white-rage-against-progress/2014/08/29/3055e3f4-2d75-11e4-bb9b-997ae96fad33_story.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">insinuates that riots are effective as the only method that residents of Ferguson can utilize to make their voices be heard.</a> Stating the “real rage” is represented in the attempts by conservative movements and police to disenfranchise African-Americans. She dismisses the destruction as not a product of “black rage”, but rather the “latest outbreak of “white rage.”

The article was later expanded into the book, “<a href="https://www.professorcarolanderson.org/white-rage" target="_blank" rel="noopener">White Rage, The Unspoken Truth of Our Racial Divide</a>.” When Emory University featured the book on their website, Dr. Anderson further defined white rage as, “<a href="https://news.emory.edu/stories/2016/05/upress_white_rage_anderson/campus.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">policymakers and a series of courts systematically undercut the advancement of African Americans</a>.” Dr. Anderson would go on to author an article for Time Magazine accusing “patriots” who are afflicted with "white rage" 0f <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20170421064019/https://time.com/4573307/donald-trump-white-rage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trying to make America a “whites only” county</a> and attempting to revive a “Jim Crow nation.”

In 2021, it was discovered that Dr. Anderson’s work had been <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/gop-army-vet-congressman-seeks-answers-critical-race-theory-west-point" target="_blank" rel="noopener">featured in a lecture by the Army Cyber Institute at West Point University</a>.

<a href="https://www.marymountcalifornia.edu/people/duncan-earle-ph-d/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Duncan Earle</a> is a Cultural Anthropologist and Professor of Global Studies at Marymount California University in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. He is further described in a university interview as a trained “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aq0p6l23aNo&amp;ab_channel=MarymountCaliforniaUniversity" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mayan Shaman.</a>”

During lectures, Dr. Earle advocates further national lockdowns, praises Chinese-style authoritarianism, and even blames the COVID-19 pandemic on environmental damage. The class in question—slides of which were provided exclusively to the Professor Watchlist team by an anonymous source—is Dr. Earle's Cross-Cultural Leadership Seminar which is currently being taught in the Spring 2022 semester.

The introductory PowerPoint berates Americans for refusing to follow the “science” behind COVID-19 and greatly inflates the danger of the pandemic. In the second slide—titled “Nothing is Normal Now”—Dr. Earle erroneously claims that the Covid death count is worse than reported and predicts, with no evidence, that the next variant maybe “as deadly as Ebola”.

According to John Hopkins, the United States <a href="https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/data/mortality" target="_blank" rel="noopener">has a mortality rate of 1.2% of those infected</a>. According to the CDC,<a href="https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#demographics" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> 93% of these deaths were individuals 50 and older</a>; the fatality rate is .8% for people aged 18 to 29 and virtually 0% for those under 18.

Furthermore, the <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/health_policy/covid19-comorbidity-expanded-12092020-508.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CDC has noted that only 6% of deaths list COVID as the only cause.</a> Over 75% of COVID deaths occur in patients <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/cdc-director-says-75-of-covid-19-deaths-had-four-or-more-comorbidities" target="_blank" rel="noopener">with 4 or more comorbidities</a>.

Dr. Earle nonetheless attempts to justify lockdowns, writing, “you cannot defeat the virus without closing the economy.”

A meta-analysis by Johns Hopkins found that <a href="https://sites.krieger.jhu.edu/iae/files/2022/01/A-Literature-Review-and-Meta-Analysis-of-the-Effects-of-Lockdowns-on-COVID-19-Mortality.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lockdowns may have only reduced COVID deaths by .2%</a> while causing spikes in <a href="https://fee.org/articles/domestic-violence-more-than-doubled-under-lockdowns-new-study-finds/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">domestic abuse, drug overdoses,</a> and <a href="https://fee.org/articles/youth-depression-suicide-increasing-during-pandemic-response/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">youth suicides</a>.

In other slides, Dr. Earle depicts Americans as “selfish” and “unpatriotic” individuals who adhere to “conspiracy theories” rather than COVID-19 guidelines.  He further lauds Dr. Fauci and condemns Americans who believe in “conspiracy theories” about him.

Dr. Earle is referring to allegations that <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/rand-paul-wuhan-documents-fauci-lied" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Fauci funded research at the Wuhan-based lab where COVID is suspected to have originated</a>. Documents obtained by <a href="https://theintercept.com/2021/09/06/new-details-emerge-about-coronavirus-research-at-chinese-lab/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Intercept</a> appear to contradict Dr. Fauci’s sworn testimony that the lab was never funded by the NIH under his direction.

Further slides blame the release of COVID on planetary abuse and that it is amplified by systemic racism.

After stating that America must achieve an 80% immunization rate to stop the pandemic—while everyone wears masks the entire duration—Dr. Earle claims natural immunity is inferior to the immunity provided via vaccination.

Despite his claims to the contrary, an Israeli study determined those with <a href="https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/312637">natural immunity were 27 times less likely to develop symptomatic COVID and 8 times less likely to be hospitalized with COVID than those who were vaccinated.</a>

During a follow-up exercise, Dr. Earle writes that following the pandemic, there is “no going back to normal.” Instead of going back to pre-Covid conditions, he advocates using the pandemic to combat white supremacy, climate change, and rampant consumerism.

Dr. <a href="https://www.law.ua.edu/directory/People/view/Jean_Stefancic" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jean Stefancic</a> is a Professor and Clement Research Affiliate at the <a href="https://www.law.ua.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Alabama School of Law</a>. Along with her husband, <a href="https://www.professorwatchlist.org/professor/richarddelgado" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Richard Delgado</a>—with whom she co-authors most of her academic work—Dr. Stefancic is considered to be one of the founders of the discipline known as Critical Race Theory.
<a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2012/03/11/what-is-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Critical Race Theory is an intellectual branch of Marxism</a>—also referred to as critical theory—that alleges that <a href="https://newdiscourses.com/tftw-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">white supremacy infects all political, legal, and cultural institutions</a> in America. <a href="https://www.law.ua.edu/directory/People/view/Richard_Delgado" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Richard Delgado</a> is a Professor and the John J. Sparkman Chair at the <a href="https://www.law.ua.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Alabama School of Law</a>. According to his university biography, his areas of expertise are listed as civil rights, constitutional law, and critical race theory. The biography further boasts that Dr. Delgado is the “eight-most cited legal scholar in US history.”

Dr. Delgado is famously known as one of the pioneering scholars of critical race theory. Beginning in the 1980s, the theory received significant contributions from scholars such as Dereck Bell, Jean Stefanic, Kimberlé Crenshaw, and Dr. Delgado, among others.

As <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2012/03/11/what-is-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ben Shapiro writes in Breitbart News</a>, critical race theory is an intellectual branch of Marxism that views America and all of its institutions as being infected with white supremacy—to the point of some, including <a href="https://www.professorwatchlist.org/professor/nikolehannahjones" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nikole Hannah-Jones</a>, even <a href="https://reason.com/2020/09/23/1619-project-nikole-hannah-jones-1776-founding-race-new-york-times/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claiming</a> America’s real founding was in 1619 when the first slave stepped foot in North America, and not in 1776 when the American colonies declared independence from England.

She is also an Adjunct Professor in African American &amp; Diaspora Studies in the School of Culture, Gender, and Social Justice. Dr. Patton’s courses include Race, Gender, Ethnicity &amp; the Media and Rhetoric and Social Justice. According to her bio, her work is “strongly influenced by critical theory and womanist theory.”
In an article for the <a href="https://www.wyomingpublicmedia.org/open-spaces/2021-10-15/university-of-wyoming-professor-says-the-legacy-of-jim-crow-still-remains-in-america" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Wyoming Public Media</a>, Dr. Patton discussed how the legacy of Jim Crow is still in America. She discussed that, while perhaps it wasn’t in an official or formal sense, “it can be within that lived experience of segregation that we sometimes find ourselves in as we are living in segregated communities.” She goes on to discuss how African Americans tend to live in more urban areas while white people live in suburbs, which she compares to a modern-day version of segregation and Jim Crow.

<a href="http://sociology.uoregon.edu/profile/jfoster/">Dr. John Bellamy Foster</a> is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Oregon and editor of the Marxist magazine "Monthly Review.” He advocates a “red-green” alliance to abolish capitalism and considers the collapse of the Soviet empire a setback for human progress. Foster advocates what he calls "the socialization of nature,” explaining that "the more that nature is placed under the protection of people in general through democratic processes that determine the rules of sustainability, the better things are going to be." Government, in other words, should “own” nature.

In April of 2020, <a href="https://newrepublic.com/article/157505/morbid-ideology-behind-drive-reopen-america" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Lowndes published an article</a> in the New Republic bashing conservative officials and citizens alike for their “dangerous views” on COVID-19. In the article, he accuses conservatives in the U.S. House of Representatives of being “pathological” for their refusal to wear masks when voting on the coronavirus relief bill. He also claims conservatives only want the country to remain open to “keep the current wealth stratifications in place and protect the rich from economic harm.”

Many articles and research publications written during lockdowns detailed how <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/13/business/small-businesses-coronavirus.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">small businesses would simply not be able to survive</a> if they continued to be locked down. <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/covid-19s-toll-on-u-s-business-200-000-extra-closures-in-pandemics-first-year-11618580619" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Wall Street Journal</a> noted that roughly 200,000 businesses permanently closed because of the pandemic. Lockdowns also caused many people in the United States to lose their jobs - approximately 9.6 million Americans were let go in 2020 due to COVID-19.

Besides “racist”, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJadc6GEfyA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Lowndes also labels</a> conservatives as “conspiracy theorists” (particularly around COVID-19, election integrity, and BLM), “dangerous”, and “self-appointed vigilantes.”  He claims the “foe of those on the right” are opponents defined by race, religion, nationality, and immigrants from the outside. He accuses conservatives as demonizing anyone against their ideals.

<a href="https://www.heritage.org/conservatism/commentary/defining-the-principles-conservatism" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Conservative principles </a>are founded in the belief that the government should have limited involvement in the everyday life of American citizens. The federal government’s power should be restricted to what is outlined in the constitution. American individuals and families should have the right to decide what is best for their religion, health, and welfare without government involvement. Taxes should be limited only to what is necessary to fund constitutionally appropriate functions. None of these principles have any bearing on someone’s race, religion, or nationality.

As <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=8518">reported</a> by Campus Reform, Chavez <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=8518">taught </a>a course called, “America, the Frontier, and the New West.”  The course description <a href="https://classes.usc.edu/term-20163/classes/amst/">states</a> that the class is an “Introduction to an interdisciplinary study of American political, cultural and social life with a particular emphasis on the Western United States as a region.” According to USC’s course <a href="https://classes.usc.edu/term-20163/classes/amst/">description</a>, the course also qualifies the satisfaction of the core curriculum requirement for undergraduate students.

In a <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=8518">statement </a>given to Campus Reform, an unnamed student who shared the initial email called the decree “just one of the many instances of anticonservative bias” at USC and represents an “attack on intellectual freedom and free speech.”

<a href="https://dornsife.usc.edu/cf/faculty-and-staff/faculty.cfm?pid=1008403">Darry Sragow</a>, a professor at the University of Southern California, attacked Republicans during a political science class. He angrily called them old, white, racist, “losers” and encouraged illegally suppressing Republican votes.

Charles H.F. Davis is an Assistant Professor at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. He previously taught at the University of Southern California. According to his university biography, Davis’s research and teaching focuses on, “race and racism, systems of oppression, and structures of domination in U.S. higher education and its social contexts.”

Davis previously rose to notoriety in 2017 for a series of <a href="https://twitter.com/hfdavis?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor">racially inflammatory tweets</a>. As reported by <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/usc-professor-defends-tweet-promoting-violence-whiteness/">The College Fix</a>, he tweeted that “whiteness” must be destroyed and alluded to the necessity of violence in confronting it.

The background photo of his Twitter account at the time featured a black woman pointing a gun at a pig that clearly represents a caricature of a police officer. 

When contacted <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/usc-professor-defends-tweet-promoting-violence-whiteness/">The College Fix</a> over his remarks, Davis responded, “To be clear, I am decidedly against whiteness as a social and political ideology, which systematically marginalize and disenfranchise people of color from opportunities for societal advancement. In addition, I am against the institution of policing, which has historically and continuously enacted racial terror, sexual violence, and economic exploitation against racial minorities, women and LGBTQ communities, and economically disadvantaged working-class people.”

When asked if any of these tweets might make students uncomfortable, Davis <a href="http://hfdavis.com/blog/an-interview-with-a-conservative">responded</a> that any discomfort experienced by his white students is a result of their “white fragility.” 

Davis had previously advocated for the right of students to disrupt conservative speakers on campus. In the wake of <a href="https://badgerherald.com/news/2016/11/17/conservative-pundit-ben-shapiro-lectures-to-turbulent-crowd-on-safe-spaces-freedom-of-speech/">protesters heckling</a> Ben Shapiro’s lecture at the University of Wisconsin Madison, school regents approved a <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">policy</a> to suspend or expel students that purposefully disrupt events. Davis’s subsequent <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">op-ed</a> at Inside Higher Ed argued that this only reinforced white supremacy: “To be clear, it is a decision that reinforces institutionalized white supremacy -- and other oppressive forms of systemic power.” Davis argues that conservative speakers like Shapiro have hijacked the First Amendment to push “white supremacist agendas.”  

Davis’s website, which is listed by the University of Michigan on his biography, <a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/51ab9fa0e4b06a38e604420a/t/5edaf71d1ab0434751b2e960/1591408468354/HF+Davis+%E2%80%93%C2%A0EPK.pdf">advertises </a>that he has taught the issues of “ race, racism, and systemic oppression in education and society” to over “7,000 students, educators and institutional leaders.” The <a href="http://hfdavis.com/">home page</a> of the site also features links to organizations that advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement, abolishing the police, and boycotting the nation of Israel.

<a href="https://weblaw.usc.edu/faculty/?id=129" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Jody David Armour</a> is a Roy P. Crocker Professor of Law at the <a href="https://www.usc.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Southern California</a>. According to his university biography, Dr. Armour studies the intersection of racial justice, criminal justice, and the rule of law.

As a critical race scholar, Dr. Armour’s work focuses on police brutality, mass incarceration, and systemic and cultural racism. He freely admits that critical race theory is included in his curriculum.

Dr. Armour is notable for his advocacy on behalf of District Attorneys (DAs) supported by George Soros while he served as a fellow of George Soros' Open Society Foundation.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/9-things-you-need-know-about-george-soros-aaron-bandler" target="_blank" rel="noopener">A Hungarian-born billionaire</a>, George Soros and The Open Society Foundation donate billions of dollars to progressive causes across the country, totaling <a href="https://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/who-we-are/financials" target="_blank" rel="noopener">over $18 billion dollars over the past 35 years</a>. The Foundation’s operating budget for 2020 alone was 1.4 billion dollars.

The <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/12/16/how-george-soros-funded-progressive-das-behind-us-crime-surge/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">beneficiaries of Soros’s philanthropy are progressive District Attorneys who run on issues such as ending cash bail and “mass incarceration</a>.” Author, Matt Palumbo, has <a href="https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2021/11/08/matt_palumbo_how_george_soros_overhauled_the_us_justice_system.html#!" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documented tens of millions of dollars flowing from Soros and the Open Society Foundation</a> to campaigns of far-left DAs across the country.

Once elected, they immediately begin to decriminalize or refuse to prosecute certain “non-violent” crimes such as robbery, drug possession, and vandalism. This sometimes includes more serious offenses. The Soros-backed DA for Chicago, <a href="https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/10/decriminalizing_gang_bangers_soros_prosecutor_kim_foxx_declines_to_charge_five_arrested_in_fatal_gang_shootout_citing_mutual_combatants.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kim Foxx, cited “mutual combat” in her decision to decline prosecution of a fatal gang shooting</a>.

<a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/2021/02/the-deadly-consequences-of-defund-the-police/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Coupled with the nationwide defunding of police departments</a>, cities with Soros-funded DAs are witnessing record levels of crime. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/twelve-major-cities-with-new-homicide-records-in-2021-all-led-by-democrats" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Twelve major US cities broke homicide records in 2021.</a>

Officially titled the Soros Justice Senior Fellow of The Open Society Institute’s Center on Crime, Communities and Culture, Dr. Armour works not only to promote radical, criminal justice reform but uses his position within USC’s Law School to recruit Soros-backed, far-left DAs across the country.

Dr. Armour frequently hosts these DAs as part of his lecture series at the USC College of Law. One is Los Angeles County DA, George Gascon, who is known for his <a href="https://www.heritage.org/crime-and-justice/report/george-gascon-rogue-prosecutor-whose-extreme-policies-undermine-the-rule" target="_blank" rel="noopener">radical stances and failure to prosecute </a>serious offenses.

Gascon’s office has been criticized for <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/crime/2021/12/07/convict-arrested-for-murder-of-jacqueline-avant-as-l-a-faces-violent-crime-surge-in-wake-of-reforms/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">releasing criminals who would later go on to commit violent crimes</a>. In 2021, a <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/01/17/la-da-ripped-after-child-molester-faces-little-or-no-time/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">transgender woman who raped a 10 year-old girl in a bathroom</a> received a substantially reduced sentence based on recommendations from Gascon’s office.

During one point, Gascon compared the arrests of homeless people to confinement in a concentration camp, even stating that if a person is assaulted by a vagrant in front of their “million-dollar condo,” the solution is not to arrest or institutionalize them.

A notable portion of Dr. Armour’s conversation with Gascon is when both described their efforts to elect progressive DAs in cities across the country. Gascon even bragged about how $50 million raised by George Soros and the ACLU was used to recruit and fund the campaigns of like-minded DAs across the country.

One DA singled out for praise in their conversation is the District attorney of Philadelphia, Larry Krasner, whom Dr. Armour hosted at USC’s Law School on two separate occasions. Dr. Armour has praised Krasner—who self-identifies as a “prison abolitionist”— <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfPSYQRHP9Y&amp;ab_channel=USCGouldSchoolofLaw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">as the most “transformational” politician in the last 50 years.</a>

Elected in 2017—<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyh5Il__MH0&amp;t=4s&amp;ab_channel=USCGouldSchoolofLaw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">while running on ending cash bail and mass incarceration in the city</a>—Krasner has since overseen a record-breaking crime wave in Philadelphia, with the<a href="https://www.city-journal.org/philadelphia-breaks-homicide-record" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> city recording over 500 murders in 2021 alone</a>.

During a separate, Krasner bragged about his refusal to prosecute certain crimes in his jurisdiction—namely drug offenses—while in office. This decision has drawn criticism from prosecutors who accuse Krasner of failing to keep violent criminals off the street.

<a href="https://www.inquirer.com/news/us-attorney-william-mcswain-district-attorney-larry-krasner-police-shooting-cpl-james-oconnor-20200316.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">US Attorney, William McSwain, attributed this policy to the death of James O’Connor, a Philadelphia police officer</a>. O’Conner was murdered by a career criminal, Hassan Elliot while serving an arrest warrant. Krasner’s office had previously released Elliot for drug possession, which was a violation of his parole, with no bail.

Dr. Armour further used the event to recruit for Krasner’s office. As part of his nationwide tour, Kranser used his platform to recruit Dr. Armour’s students to intern and eventually work in his office, which Dr. Armour enthusiastically supported.

A leaked syllabus for Dr. Candela’s class—“Social Change-Introduction to Sociology”— announces that in class discussions, priority will be given to people of color and women.
The syllabus—first reported on by Campus Reform—<a href="https://www.scribd.com/document/559564087/SOC-100B-2022-Spring-Syallbus-2-Redacted#download&amp;from_embed" target="_blank" rel="noopener">asks students who are “white, male, or someone who is privileged by racial or gender structures</a>” to yield their questions or comments to women and “non-white folks” under the section titled “Class Discussion Guidelines.”  Dr. Candela describes the practice as “progressive stacking,” which grants preferential treatment to individuals based on skin color, sexuality, gender, and race.
“We practice progressive stacking when calling on people to participate in class discussions. This means we try to give priority to non-white folks, to women, and to shy and quiet people who rarely raise their hands. It also means that if you are a white male, or someone privileged by the racial and gender structures of our society, to have your voice easily voiced and heard, we will often ask you to hold off on your questions or comments to give others priority and will come back to you a bit later or at another time.”

Students considered marginalized by society are called on before white males. The tactic appears to have begun during Occupy Wall Street in 2011 before spreading to academia.

“Mao Zedong is famous for having once said, “No investigation, no right to speak.” While a bit harsh, it helps to convey the idea that speaking during class discussions should be based on having done your investigative work.” 
<a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/Mao-Zedong" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mao</a>—who chaired the Chinese Communist Party from 1935 until his death in 1976—is considered one of the deadliest heads of state in history. <a href="https://www.heritage.org/asia/commentary/the-legacy-mao-zedong-mass-murder" target="_blank" rel="noopener">An estimated 65 million Chinese perished during his regime</a>. Mao’s farming collectivization—known as the “Great Leap Forward”—contributed to upwards of 40 million of these deaths during the largest man-made famine in history.
During China’s “Cultural Revolution”, Mao enlisted students—dubbed the “Red Guard&#8221;—<a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2021/01/chinas-rebel-historians/617265/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">to target teachers, intellectuals, workers, government officials, and civilians deemed insufficiently supportive of the Communist Party</a>. Millions were publicly shamed. An estimated 1.5 million people were killed before the purges ended in 1976.

As The Federalist <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2021/03/12/kentuckys-berea-college-event-says-trumpism-is-terrorism-at-its-core/">reports</a>, in March of 2020, Brandzel spoke at an event called, “White Citizenship as Terrorism” as part of Berea College’s “<a href="https://www.berea.edu/wgs/gender-talk/">Gender Talk</a>” series. According to the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BereaCollegeWomensAndGenderStudies/photos/gm.283700139806240/3790021261044031/?type=3&amp;theater">event page’s description</a>, Brandzel details that her lecture will address the “mourning” of America for a time when the actions of white people, no matter how violent, would go “unquestioned.”

The event page for “White Citizenship as Terrorism” goes on to <a href="https://www.berea.edu/wgs/gender-talk/">state</a> that the phrase, “Make America Great Again,” hearkens back to this “nostalgic” past of white impunity for which white America has been pining. Brandzel builds upon this theory, referring to it as “Trumpism” and a form of domestic terrorism.

After being introduced by Women and Gender Studies professor, Dr. Malaklou, Brandzel opens her lecture acknowledging that as a “white settler,” she is giving a lecture on colonized land taken from the Navajo, Pueblo, and Comanche Nations.
Throughout her lecture, Brandzel implies that America is an inherently racist country that codifies “whiteness” into its laws. Brandzel describes whiteness as a set of rights and privileges that only benefit white, European/American men, and ostracize non-white minorities. Brandzel then alleges that whiteness is synonymous with being an American citizen.
To justify her reasoning, Brandzel cites past Supreme Court cases such as <a href="https://www.britannica.com/event/Dred-Scott-decision">Dred Scott v Sandford</a>, in which the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution did not provide citizenship for black slaves, as well as contemporary immigration restrictions from President Donald Trump, to allege that our nation restricts rights to white citizens and inflicts terrorism on minority populations.
Brandzel goes on to state that many laws today, such as Voter ID laws, continue to be weaponized against African-Americans. She alleges that these and other laws serve to make people of color feel like they do not belong as citizens in the country.
Brandzel states that it is the job of white women like herself and white people in the audience to “unpack” their privilege inherent in citizenship before it’s possible to address the systemic racism in America.

As The Federalist <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2021/03/12/kentuckys-berea-college-event-says-trumpism-is-terrorism-at-its-core/">reports</a>, in March of 2020, Brandzel spoke at an event called, “White Citizenship as Terrorism” as part of Berea College’s “<a href="https://www.berea.edu/wgs/gender-talk/">Gender Talk</a>” series. According to the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BereaCollegeWomensAndGenderStudies/photos/gm.283700139806240/3790021261044031/?type=3&amp;theater">event page’s description</a>, Brandzel details that her lecture will address the “mourning” of America for a time when the actions of white people, no matter how violent, would go “unquestioned.”

The event page for “White Citizenship as Terrorism” goes on to <a href="https://www.berea.edu/wgs/gender-talk/">state</a> that the phrase, “Make America Great Again,” hearkens back to this “nostalgic” past of white impunity for which white America has been pining. Brandzel builds upon this theory, referring to it as “Trumpism” and a form of domestic terrorism.

After being introduced by Women and Gender Studies professor, Dr. Malaklou, Brandzel opens her lecture acknowledging that as a “white settler,” she is giving a lecture on colonized land taken from the Navajo, Pueblo, and Comanche Nations.

Throughout her lecture, Brandzel implies that America is an inherently racist country that codifies “whiteness” into its laws. Brandzel describes whiteness as a set of rights and privileges that only benefit white, European/American men, and ostracize non-white minorities. Brandzel then alleges that whiteness is synonymous with being an American citizen.

To justify her reasoning, Brandzel cites past Supreme Court cases such as <a href="https://www.britannica.com/event/Dred-Scott-decision">Dred Scott v Sandford</a>, in which the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution did not provide citizenship for black slaves, as well as contemporary immigration restrictions from President Donald Trump, to allege that our nation restricts rights to white citizens and inflicts terrorism on minority populations.

Brandzel goes on to state that many laws today, such as Voter ID laws, continue to be weaponized against African-Americans. She alleges that these and other laws serve to make people of color feel like they do not belong as citizens in the country.

Brandzel states that it is the job of white women like herself and white people in the audience to “unpack” their privilege inherent in citizenship before it’s possible to address the systemic racism in America.

According to The Cosair, a student newspaper at Santa Monica College covering the event, students <a href="https://www.thecorsaironline.com/corsair/culture/2016/05/23/romantic-walk-beach-ecosexual-club-marries-pacific-ocean">underwent</a> an “eco-boot camp” as part of the ecosextravaganza. Organizers included University of California Professor Elizabeth Stephens and pornographic actress, Annie Sprinkle. Organizers instruct the students in attendance to, “view Earth as a lover rather than as a mother and another being rather than a separate entity.” In an interview with Campus Reform, Katherine <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=7622">states</a> the goal of the event is for students to develop a “deeper love” and “lust” for the planet.

Dr. Cumings placed most of the blame of North Korea’s problems on the United States, while also whitewashing problems in Korea.  For example, Cumings denies the existence of a massive famine in North Korea in the 1990s. Cumings blames the United States for North Korea’s problems, not Communism.

Conversely, on the day of Rush Limbaugh’s passing, Parcak immediately took to Twitter to celebrate his death. As The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/here-are-the-professors-disparaging-rush-limbaughs-passing">reports</a>, Parcak refers to Limbaugh as a “piece of scum,” and expresses her hope that he “suffered until his last breath” in a now-deleted tweet.
“When a terrible piece of scum who caused immeasurable harm to millions dies, there is no sympathy. Only a desire that they suffered until their last breath.” 
<a href="https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/">Rush Limbaugh</a> was a popular radio personality known for his conservative views. He passed away in February 2021 at 70 years of age after battling lung cancer.  In an interview with Fox News after Limaugh’s passing, President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.air.tv/watch?v=hmCt0LrlSx6qndGAzaFjzw">described</a> him as a “great gentleman” and a “great man.”
In response to Parcak’s statement, <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">AL.com</a> reports that President University of Alabama-Birmingham, Ray Watts, <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">condemned</a> Parcak’s tweet about Limbaugh, stating that the university is “disgusted” of what Watt characterizes as “blindly inhumane and cruel.”
“UAB is disgusted and extremely troubled that Sarah Parcak would tweet something so unprofessional and blindly inhumane and cruel. Her poor judgment is completely counter to our shared values as an institution that include integrity and respect. She absolutely does not speak for our university, and we are reviewing the matter”
In response to an <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">inquiry</a> by the site AL.com about Parcak’s statement condemning Limbaugh, UAB spokesperson Alicia Roberston describes the incident as a “personal matter.” and that the university is “continuing to review the matter.”

On the day of the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Parcak <a href="https://twitter.com/indyfromspace/status/1307104389962838022">tweeted</a> praise for the Justice, describes her as an “icon.”

<a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/Ruth-Bader-Ginsburg">Ruth Bader Ginsburg</a> served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, serving as only the second woman ever on the court. She died on September 18, 2020.

Conversely, on the day of Rush Limbaugh’s passing, Parcak immediately took to Twitter to celebrate his death. As The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/here-are-the-professors-disparaging-rush-limbaughs-passing">reports</a>, Parcak refers to Limbaugh as a “piece of scum,” and expresses her hope that he “suffered until his last breath” in a now-deleted tweet.

“When a terrible piece of scum who caused immeasurable harm to millions dies, there is no sympathy. Only a desire that they suffered until their last breath.” 

<a href="https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/">Rush Limbaugh</a> was a popular radio personality known for his conservative views. He passed away in February 2021 at 70 years of age after battling lung cancer.  In an interview with Fox News after Limaugh’s passing, President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.air.tv/watch?v=hmCt0LrlSx6qndGAzaFjzw">described</a> him as a “great gentleman” and a “great man.”

In response to Parcak’s statement, <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">AL.com</a> reports that President University of Alabama-Birmingham, Ray Watts, <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">condemned</a> Parcak’s tweet about Limbaugh, stating that the university is “disgusted” of what Watt characterizes as “blindly inhumane and cruel.”

“UAB is disgusted and extremely troubled that Sarah Parcak would tweet something so unprofessional and blindly inhumane and cruel. Her poor judgment is completely counter to our shared values as an institution that include integrity and respect. She absolutely does not speak for our university, and we are reviewing the matter”

In response to an <a href="https://www.al.com/news/2021/02/sarah-parcak-rush-limbaugh-controversy-alabama-gop-chief-calls-out-uab-professors-antics.html">inquiry</a> by the site AL.com about Parcak’s statement condemning Limbaugh, UAB spokesperson Alicia Roberston describes the incident as a “personal matter.” and that the university is “continuing to review the matter.”

The Professor Watchlist Team reached out to Parcak for comment, but have not received an answer by the time of publication.

Charles H.F. Davis is an Assistant Professor at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. He previously taught at the University of Southern California. According to his university biography, Davis’s research and teaching focuses on, “race and racism, systems of oppression, and structures of domination in U.S. higher education and its social contexts.”
Davis previously rose to notoriety in 2017 for a series of <a href="https://twitter.com/hfdavis?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor">racially inflammatory tweets</a>. As reported by <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/usc-professor-defends-tweet-promoting-violence-whiteness/">The College Fix</a>, he tweeted that “whiteness” must be destroyed and alluded to the necessity of violence in confronting it.

The background photo of his Twitter account at the time featured a black woman pointing a gun at a pig that clearly represents a caricature of a police officer. 
When contacted <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/usc-professor-defends-tweet-promoting-violence-whiteness/">The College Fix</a> over his remarks, Davis responded, “To be clear, I am decidedly against whiteness as a social and political ideology, which systematically marginalize and disenfranchise people of color from opportunities for societal advancement. In addition, I am against the institution of policing, which has historically and continuously enacted racial terror, sexual violence, and economic exploitation against racial minorities, women and LGBTQ communities, and economically disadvantaged working-class people.”
When asked if any of these tweets might make students uncomfortable, Davis <a href="http://hfdavis.com/blog/an-interview-with-a-conservative">responded</a> that any discomfort experienced by his white students is a result of their “white fragility.” 
Davis had previously advocated for the right of students to disrupt conservative speakers on campus. In the wake of <a href="https://badgerherald.com/news/2016/11/17/conservative-pundit-ben-shapiro-lectures-to-turbulent-crowd-on-safe-spaces-freedom-of-speech/">protesters heckling</a> Ben Shapiro’s lecture at the University of Wisconsin Madison, school regents approved a <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">policy</a> to suspend or expel students that purposefully disrupt events. Davis’s subsequent <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-university-of-wisconsin-protest-punishment-20171006-story.html">op-ed</a> at Inside Higher Ed argued that this only reinforced white supremacy: “To be clear, it is a decision that reinforces institutionalized white supremacy &#8212; and other oppressive forms of systemic power.” Davis argues that conservative speakers like Shapiro have hijacked the First Amendment to push “white supremacist agendas.”  
Davis’s website, which is listed by the University of Michigan on his biography, <a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/51ab9fa0e4b06a38e604420a/t/5edaf71d1ab0434751b2e960/1591408468354/HF+Davis+%E2%80%93%C2%A0EPK.pdf">advertises </a>that he has taught the issues of “ race, racism, and systemic oppression in education and society” to over “7,000 students, educators and institutional leaders.” The <a href="http://hfdavis.com/">home page</a> of the site also features links to organizations that advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement, abolishing the police, and boycotting the nation of Israel.

<a href="https://weblaw.usc.edu/faculty/?id=129" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Jody David Armour</a> is a Roy P. Crocker Professor of Law at the <a href="https://www.usc.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Southern California</a>. According to his university biography, Dr. Armour studies the intersection of racial justice, criminal justice, and the rule of law.
As a critical race scholar, Dr. Armour’s work focuses on police brutality, mass incarceration, and systemic and cultural racism. He freely admits that critical race theory is included in his curriculum.

Dr. Armour is notable for his advocacy on behalf of District Attorneys (DAs) supported by George Soros while he served as a fellow of George Soros&#8217; Open Society Foundation.
<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/9-things-you-need-know-about-george-soros-aaron-bandler" target="_blank" rel="noopener">A Hungarian-born billionaire</a>, George Soros and The Open Society Foundation donate billions of dollars to progressive causes across the country, totaling <a href="https://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/who-we-are/financials" target="_blank" rel="noopener">over $18 billion dollars over the past 35 years</a>. The Foundation’s operating budget for 2020 alone was 1.4 billion dollars.
The <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/12/16/how-george-soros-funded-progressive-das-behind-us-crime-surge/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">beneficiaries of Soros’s philanthropy are progressive District Attorneys who run on issues such as ending cash bail and “mass incarceration</a>.” Author, Matt Palumbo, has <a href="https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2021/11/08/matt_palumbo_how_george_soros_overhauled_the_us_justice_system.html#!" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documented tens of millions of dollars flowing from Soros and the Open Society Foundation</a> to campaigns of far-left DAs across the country.
Once elected, they immediately begin to decriminalize or refuse to prosecute certain “non-violent” crimes such as robbery, drug possession, and vandalism. This sometimes includes more serious offenses. The Soros-backed DA for Chicago, <a href="https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/10/decriminalizing_gang_bangers_soros_prosecutor_kim_foxx_declines_to_charge_five_arrested_in_fatal_gang_shootout_citing_mutual_combatants.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kim Foxx, cited “mutual combat” in her decision to decline prosecution of a fatal gang shooting</a>.
<a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/2021/02/the-deadly-consequences-of-defund-the-police/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Coupled with the nationwide defunding of police departments</a>, cities with Soros-funded DAs are witnessing record levels of crime. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/twelve-major-cities-with-new-homicide-records-in-2021-all-led-by-democrats" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Twelve major US cities broke homicide records in 2021.</a>
Officially titled the Soros Justice Senior Fellow of The Open Society Institute’s Center on Crime, Communities and Culture, Dr. Armour works not only to promote radical, criminal justice reform but uses his position within USC’s Law School to recruit Soros-backed, far-left DAs across the country.
Dr. Armour frequently hosts these DAs as part of his lecture series at the USC College of Law. One is Los Angeles County DA, George Gascon, who is known for his <a href="https://www.heritage.org/crime-and-justice/report/george-gascon-rogue-prosecutor-whose-extreme-policies-undermine-the-rule" target="_blank" rel="noopener">radical stances and failure to prosecute </a>serious offenses.
Gascon’s office has been criticized for <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/crime/2021/12/07/convict-arrested-for-murder-of-jacqueline-avant-as-l-a-faces-violent-crime-surge-in-wake-of-reforms/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">releasing criminals who would later go on to commit violent crimes</a>. In 2021, a <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/01/17/la-da-ripped-after-child-molester-faces-little-or-no-time/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">transgender woman who raped a 10 year-old girl in a bathroom</a> received a substantially reduced sentence based on recommendations from Gascon’s office.

During one point, Gascon compared the arrests of homeless people to confinement in a concentration camp, even stating that if a person is assaulted by a vagrant in front of their “million-dollar condo,” the solution is not to arrest or institutionalize them.

A notable portion of Dr. Armour’s conversation with Gascon is when both described their efforts to elect progressive DAs in cities across the country. Gascon even bragged about how $50 million raised by George Soros and the ACLU was used to recruit and fund the campaigns of like-minded DAs across the country.

One DA singled out for praise in their conversation is the District attorney of Philadelphia, Larry Krasner, whom Dr. Armour hosted at USC’s Law School on two separate occasions. Dr. Armour has praised Krasner—who self-identifies as a “prison abolitionist”— <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfPSYQRHP9Y&amp;ab_channel=USCGouldSchoolofLaw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">as the most “transformational” politician in the last 50 years.</a>
Elected in 2017—<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyh5Il__MH0&amp;t=4s&amp;ab_channel=USCGouldSchoolofLaw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">while running on ending cash bail and mass incarceration in the city</a>—Krasner has since overseen a record-breaking crime wave in Philadelphia, with the<a href="https://www.city-journal.org/philadelphia-breaks-homicide-record" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> city recording over 500 murders in 2021 alone</a>.
During a separate, Krasner bragged about his refusal to prosecute certain crimes in his jurisdiction—namely drug offenses—while in office. This decision has drawn criticism from prosecutors who accuse Krasner of failing to keep violent criminals off the street.
<a href="https://www.inquirer.com/news/us-attorney-william-mcswain-district-attorney-larry-krasner-police-shooting-cpl-james-oconnor-20200316.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">US Attorney, William McSwain, attributed this policy to the death of James O’Connor, a Philadelphia police officer</a>. O’Conner was murdered by a career criminal, Hassan Elliot while serving an arrest warrant. Krasner’s office had previously released Elliot for drug possession, which was a violation of his parole, with no bail.
Dr. Armour further used the event to recruit for Krasner’s office. As part of his nationwide tour, Kranser used his platform to recruit Dr. Armour’s students to intern and eventually work in his office, which Dr. Armour enthusiastically supported.

Ms. <a href="https://www.etown.edu/offices/diversity/staff.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nichole Gonzalez</a> serves as the Dean of Students and Executive Director for the College for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, as well as the Title IX Coordinator for <a href="https://www.etown.edu/index.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elizabethtown College</a> in Pennsylvania.
On September 23rd, 2021, Ms. Gonzalez and other Elizabethtown College administrators requested to meet with the college’s TPUSA chapter president—Alexander Russo—regarding an upcoming event on September 27th. The chapter was set to host TPUSA Ambassador, Mr. Joe Basrawi, who planned to speak about Critical Race Theory in academia.
As <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2012/03/11/what-is-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ben Shapiro writes in Breitbart News</a>, Critical Race Theory is an intellectual branch of Marxism that views America and all of its institutions as being infected with white supremacy—to the point of some, including <a href="https://www.professorwatchlist.org/professor/nikolehannahjones" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nikole Hannah-Jones</a>, even <a href="https://reason.com/2020/09/23/1619-project-nikole-hannah-jones-1776-founding-race-new-york-times/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claiming</a> America’s real founding was in 1619 when the first slave stepped foot in North America, and not 1776 when the American colonies declared independence from England”.
In the meeting on the 23rd, Ms. Gonzalez informed Russo and other members present that the event would be canceled. Chapter members that have spoken with and provided corresponding emails to the Professor Watchlist Team have confirmed that Dr.Gonzalez canceled the event. She reportedly described Mr. Basrawi as “intentionally disruptive” and that his speech would be harmful to the campus due to the fact that he is not officially a “Critical Race Theorist.” Ms. Gonzalez stated that the college did not have time to put protections in place for marginalized groups and allowing the event to proceed would only further marginalize Elizabethtown’s minority students.
During the same meeting, Ms. Gonzalez allegedly pressured the chapter to disband and form a new group at the college. She stated that a conservative group aside from Turning Point USA would help facilitate a better community on campus.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a copy of the book, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mediocre-Dangerous-Legacy-White-America/dp/1580059511" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“Mediocre: The Dangerous Legacy of White Male America”.</a> The book endorses a “new white male identity” to counteract “the devastating consequences of white male supremacy on women, people of color, and white men themselves.” The training is described as a “space for people who identify as people of color,” and bars white people from attending.

In a statement provided to the Professor Watchlist team, Mr. Baswari wrote, “It’s appalling to see that this is happening on American campuses these days. Gonzalez should be ashamed of herself being part of the problem of spreading tyranny on college campuses across the nation.”
In a separate statement provided to the Professor Watchlist team, Alexander Russo wrote, “I have been on this campus for almost 3 and a half years. Over the course of my education, the college has always supported freedom of thought and always strove to make sure everyone felt like they belong, no matter who they are. Now I am ashamed at the school I see before me that actively attempts to indoctrinate students and makes every attempt to divide us on race, COVID-19, and anything else they can. This is not the school I thought I had enrolled in.”

Ms. <a href="https://www.etown.edu/offices/diversity/staff.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nichole Gonzalez</a> serves as the Dean of Students and Executive Director for the College for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, as well as the Title IX Coordinator for <a href="https://www.etown.edu/index.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elizabethtown College</a> in Pennsylvania.

On September 23rd, 2021, Ms. Gonzalez and other Elizabethtown College administrators requested to meet with the college’s TPUSA chapter president—Alexander Russo—regarding an upcoming event on September 27th. The chapter was set to host TPUSA Ambassador, Mr. Joe Basrawi, who planned to speak about Critical Race Theory in academia.

As <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2012/03/11/what-is-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ben Shapiro writes in Breitbart News</a>, Critical Race Theory is an intellectual branch of Marxism that views America and all of its institutions as being infected with white supremacy—to the point of some, including <a href="https://www.professorwatchlist.org/professor/nikolehannahjones" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nikole Hannah-Jones</a>, even <a href="https://reason.com/2020/09/23/1619-project-nikole-hannah-jones-1776-founding-race-new-york-times/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claiming</a> America’s real founding was in 1619 when the first slave stepped foot in North America, and not 1776 when the American colonies declared independence from England”.

In the meeting on the 23rd, Ms. Gonzalez informed Russo and other members present that the event would be canceled. Chapter members that have spoken with and provided corresponding emails to the Professor Watchlist Team have confirmed that Dr.Gonzalez canceled the event. She reportedly described Mr. Basrawi as “intentionally disruptive” and that his speech would be harmful to the campus due to the fact that he is not officially a “Critical Race Theorist.” Ms. Gonzalez stated that the college did not have time to put protections in place for marginalized groups and allowing the event to proceed would only further marginalize Elizabethtown’s minority students.

During the same meeting, Ms. Gonzalez allegedly pressured the chapter to disband and form a new group at the college. She stated that a conservative group aside from Turning Point USA would help facilitate a better community on campus.
