Jason Killheffer is the Assistant Provost of Academic Integrity Programs at Yale University. As part of an undercover operation by James O’Keefe and Project Veritas, Killheffer called the Constitution propaganda. He told an undercover journalist “If your freedom of expression impacts other people’s ability to engage actively in the community, to engage in their education or really take full advantage of everything that the university has to offer, then that’s when things cross that line.” In other words, Killheffer believes that being triggered by a Constitution is a valid reason for the university to step in and possibly prevent distribution.
